I feel very relieved to finish this. It was quite a lot of work examining things about myself that have been causing me issues. Some days, it was tough to work through as I didn’t have the energy to unpack my own self. I think it is a great book to help figure out yourself as a people pleaser.

The one drawback I found was that it is a very conservative book that intwined religion and psychology, which I did not care for.

I am very proud of myself for working through this and getting it done over a year later. It is nice to see how much I have progressed on my own mental health journey.
