Or are the walls bleeding?’ Unless things go horribly wrong of course.More … Mandy-Lynn Snow was a perfectly normal real estate agent, doing a perfectly adequate job, until she drowned in a frigid swimming pool at her company's most affluent listing. This book was weird, but I really liked it. I'm not sure if it's in spite of its weirdness or because of its weirdness. It was funny, and the main character just can't catch a break. Her cat was adorable, and I'm not really a fan of epilogues but this one made me smile all over my face. I definitely want to check out the sequel.
This book made me smile. The main character is funny and endearing. It's a light read which includes a mystery stolen art, and a bit of romance. Perfect for these stay at home days. Escape reality for a few hours
Fun to read — love the cat. It seemed the early chapters were a bit “wobbly” in the setup. But the story was really interesting when it got rolling. I’m looking forward to reading the next in the series.
4 stars. This book was.. weird. There were a few times that I was like “there’s no way she’ll be able to tie all these disparate events together” but then somehow they all do end up being related. Overall not a bad read, debating if I’ll read the sequel.
