Empath And Hypersensitive Scapegoats Of Narcissistic Families: Techniques, Tips And Methods For Introverts

Rate this book
Rae Williams shares her techniques, methods and suggestions for Empath and Hypersensitive people, raised in verbally and mentally abusive narcissistic families. This helpful book contains real-world help, with no mystical, magical or paranormal suggestions or explanations. It is for those who feel "off the rails", out of control with their emotions, who want to heal, after a lifetime of carrying painful emotional baggage. Rae Williams is not a counselor, therapist or doctor, she is a survivor. A survivor, who knows that without help healing the traumatized inner child, that most victims have, healing will not be possible. It was written, to be honest, revealing and helpful, without difficult medical terminology, jargon or unrealistic techniques. ***Please note, this book is very topic specific. It was written by and for introverts, who are empath and/or hypersensitive adult survivors of narcissistic family abuse, who were the scapegoat of their family. I am self published and I did not use an editor. My reason for not using an editor is cost. I would have been unable to share the methods that have allowed me to regain control of my emotions and life. If you are a perfectionist looking to critique a novel, I politely ask you to look elsewhere as this is not the book for you. The goal of sharing this book was not to become a famous author, it was to help others like myself, who are suffering, tired and want to experience life without the weight of the emotional pain they have carried for a lifetime. While I honestly hope my book helps every person who reads it, realistically I realize, this cannot always be the case. Please take the time to read the preview, and if you have any question, comments or even suggestions regarding the contents of the book, I welcome you to contact me. My email address is available on the authors biography page. Rae Williams

This is her third book?

And still no editor? Such wonderful life experience and so many helpful insights—but such a difficult journey to retrieve the wisdom hidden here. It’s not enough to merely write; please seek to write well.
