This is a book full of actionable insights that has the potential to fundamentally change how we approach knowledge work management and leadership.
The book gradually introduces new mental models and albeit the substance is dense, the revelations and light-bulb moments are many. I've had many rounds letting this mature and after this first read I know I will return to some chapter straight away to solidify my understanding. I imagine using this book actively in my work for many years to come.
Hats of to Steve and Daniel for a fantastic contribution to our domain's broad body of knowledge.
