If you would like to not be addicted anymore, then this zine walks you through the array of options, from total abstinence programs to the many shades of harm reduction and replacing your problem relationship with more positive things. Worth reading if you're struggling with addiction yourself or if you're wondering how to help someone else.

This was super helpful not just for substance abuse addictions, but also what is referred to as “out of control behaviors” Very hopeful and uplifting with a great mix of being real and down to the nitty gritty. I have read many a self help book, but this one taught me a few things I didn’t know. I look forward to completing my annotating and answering the many thought provoking questions throughout the book. You nailed it again Dr. Faith Harper. Thank you so much for helping to facilitate the changing of my life with your insight and dedication. Much love.
I didn’t feel like the title or description for this book fit the content. It kind of felt like a mishmash of things thrown together to suffice as a book. The first part felt like it was speaking to someone curious about addiction and the last half became a self-help book for those struggling with addiction. It was very general. The tone of the writer was a bit snarky and cocky.
I am a backer who invested in this book on Kickstarter and just finished reading it.
This book is decent, its an excellent introduction on how to:
-Look -Address -Deal with -Solve
Addictions of any types. I like how this book encourages everyone has the chance to recover and become better with the right guidance, help, and perseverance. It must be noted a big portion of this book is mostly references and guides. Yet it teaches people to look deeper and really contemplate on how to glance at Addictions overall.
As someone who has overcame a similar problem, its good to keep this book on hand for refreshers on these kinds of situations
A “Cool” Self Help book, if you couldn’t tell by the title. I did think the information was very helpful for a first time reader of the subject, and as someone reading for a better perspective on people with addiction; i found the information encouraging. I do feel the author is “progressive” and that tone can be slightly annoying but the information is there.
