A young adult book.

This is a young adult book, like highschool.
If you're over 21, don't bother. Otherwise, not bad. I had to stop halfway through, just couldn't take anymore.

Gateway is absolutely marvelous!

Page one Frank Wolfe is meeting his contact for a presentation to the military (Marine Corp) for a new shipment specialized gear and weapons. Unbeknownst to him ,a former Marine, his world is fixing to turn upside Down!
Full of amazing military battles, alien species, world's scattered across the galaxy. Well crafted characters, really cool new tech, had guys aplenty, and all The while keeping everything realistic!
Great beginning to a spectacular SERIES.

Can't go wrong with this one!

Glad I got the box set as I don't enjoy waiting for the next installment. With this set, I lost sleep promising myself "just one more chapter."

The characters are so well developed and easy to love, root for and feel pain for them. Such a great read! Now, on to the next adventure with this talented author as my guide.

Thanks Jonathan. You were right 😉

More fantasy than fiction

An entertaining series of books but with ancient artifacts opening gateways across the universe and teleportation it certainly began to feel like witches and goblins. Cross race relationships with no explanation of why they could or how they could procreate. Magical vambraces that no one could duplicate yet a witch?? Helped a madman build 3. Alchemists? I hoped for a bit more science and less fiction.

Great series

These books are great reads. I grew up on Asimov and Bradbury, y these are great authors in their on right. The characters are funny and engaging while still being intense. Good stories that combine a lot from other science fiction ideas that I love.

Childish Rubbish

Rife with onomatopoeia, bad spelling, grammar, misuse of English both UK&US, nouns used as adjectives, verbs as nouns. This is totally unacceptable as a book, it is suitable as a children's comic where the child cannot read text but likes the pretty pictures and speech balloons full of - kappow booom bang ouch and so on! Adults have brains, read text and imagine sounds

Take a little walk with me.

I've given this collection of novels a four star rating because I liked; the pace, humor, characters, plots and their resolutions. Funny and fast are some of the one liners used between our many characters as they first meet, while training and fighting against many different opponents. Love , laughter, war and peace are plentiful within these six novels.

This is a great series.

This series blends things of today with an alien adventure of tomorrow. Think stargate meets every other sci-fi adventure series plus werewolves, vampires and various alien species. I throughly laughed out loud so many times.
I can’t wait to read the other series.

Amazing Boxset

Whats better than a story of the Arillion Knights, a merged boxset of them.
Although it could have a few more mentions now there mentioned it does work out well especially in the last few books as we are taken on a space jedi /green lantern adventure which can only derserve 5 stars

Very interesting read

The authors created strange but believable characters. The surroundings are very well described. At the same time the storyline is still human laced with everything tha hard working people beleive to be fair, honest and full of integrity. The Good will conquer the bad.

Very interesting sci-fi story. Moves kind of fast but builds the characters up nicely. Guessing author loves the marines which is not a problem. Jumps right into the story some buildup but moves fast lots of action all the way around.
