Great book for someone considering an Airbnb property

I really enjoyed the various lists in each chapter. I had been thinking about making my second home a rental AirBnB property. There are a lot of things i had not considered and the lists in this book will be easy for me to refer back to them. I considered this a great little gem of a book. It is very straight forward book to give you the highlights you need for the business.
