《中国哲学简史》，原名《中国哲学史大纲》，共分12篇，以人物为脉络，系统地论述从老子到韩非哲学思想的历史演变，是一部先秦哲学思想的专著。该书写定于1918年7月，1919年2月，由上海商务印书馆出版（只有上卷）。一经出版，立即引起轰动，多次再版。《中国哲学简史》是作者的成名作，至今仍然是很有影响、值得阅读的中国古代哲学史经典著作。
