Good read

I thought this book was very good, I have only recently struggled with my Weight for the past 2 years due to the start of the menopause, this book reminded me of what I use to do and how I needed to get back to bascis but after enjoying reading straight through then I got to the recipes and thought o hell it's all that soup stuff and bizarre food, I was hoping for recipes that incorporate every day foods but with a healthier twist. After working 12 hours a day I really don't want to make soup. I will follow the plan as this is something I use to follow and always kept my weight off but I will just eat my basic boring foods only because I just haven't got time to think of different meals.

Confusing .... erratic

So any words, so little editing, some many inconsistencies, times are in different formats in the same sentence, words are doubled, there’s so consistent plans and the information is confusing.
