A short instalove story.

It's about Justin and Valentine.

His best friend married her mother months ago and he's been waiting to claim her since then. He's not waiting any longer now that it's her eighteenth birthday.

It has cute epilogues. Married with children.

First things first; I love the cover of this book!
This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable.
Justin has been in love with his best friends new stepdaughter for six months. Now she’s turned eighteen, he is determined to claim his woman.
The chemistry between Justin and Valentine is clear to see and I liked them as a couple.
I really loved Valentine’s mother’s reaction to her daughter dating Justin.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read.

Valentine was exactly what I was looking for in an instalove story for the holiday its named after. Valentine is bold and transparent. She has been waiting for her birthday to get Justin to see her as a woman. Justin sounds like my dream man, big and growly! He has held himself in check but he cannot live without her anymore. She blurts out her love and desire right when he has come to confess his feelings as well. Smoking hot sexy times between these two could melt the snow left over from a blizzard. Whenever these two ladies join forces, they never disappoint!

I’m conducting a little experiment. I recently read that if you think your writing stalls in certain scenes, i.e. the love scene, fight scene…, to dedicate a week, two weeks, a month to reading everything you can in that genre. In this case, I was thinking my writing needed more visceral description, well what could be more visceral than smut?

Valentine and Justin are meant to be together. Both have been counting down the days until her 18th birthday and when the day comes, they are going to make it memorable.

Meh. Justin came off as a bit forceful to me. I get it, he wants and loves Valentine. He's spends three days a week with her and her family for years, I guess he knows what he knows about her and that's enough. Except, he's already planning marriage and getting her pregnant, no need to ask what she wants. No thanks.

Wow!! Five flaming hot stars!! True love that must wait 6 incredibly long months. Justin and Valentine met when his best friend married her mom. Fast forward those 6 long months and their love is unstoppable! A very Happily Ever After. Instaeverything, stepdads best friend, older man younger woman and just a touch taboo this one is completely safe and has absolutely no cheating, abuse or om/ow drama. What an amazing love story. Justine has been through hell and back, and waiting the last 6 mos so he can claim his woman he been the best torture. Now that Valentine is finally 18 it’s time to claim his wife. Valentine has wanted Justine since they first met. These two are a match made in Heaven, they complete each other. This was lackluster at best for me. I like age gap romances but this was a BIG age difference. Also I've noticed in these authors books there are oftentimes missing words that throw off the reading experience. It is really distracting having to fill in the blank. It makes me not want to read their books tbh.

Always the same

I have no idea why these two authors can't, or won't, hire a proofreader but this book desperately needs one. It's so annoying to be reading and then come to a quick stop because of missing/misspelled words. I have finally had enough of this poor quality work being rushed out so money can be made.
