My thoughts about this book:

• Danae Little created two wonderful characters, Audrey and Wesley for this book. Their romance touched my heart and I was completely immersed in their story.

• There was suspense and romance in this read that made the plot unpredictable and interesting.

• There were many secondary players in this novel. They were varied, well developed, and interesting. They added depth to the storyline. Two of my favorite secondary players were Jackson and Bethany.

• The descriptions of locations and emotions were well done, easy to visualize, and to feel. I felt a part of the scenes.

• This was a clean read and I appreciated that fact.

I was given an advance copy of this book. My review was voluntary and my opinions were my own. This was another great book by Danae Little. I highly recommend this book to western romance fans who like a touch of suspense.

Her Guardian Cowboy is an exciting and tender romance. Audrey Murphy and her son are on the run from her deceased husband's family and looking for a safe place. Wesley Miller is a rancher having a hard time making ends meet while trying to care for his mother with Alzheimer's. I loved the main characters and Audrey's son, Jackson, as well as Wesley's mother Bethany. The plot has twists and turns that add tension to the story. There are a couple of kisses that may melt your e-reader in this clean, inspirational book. There's a great HEA! I intend to read more of Danae Little's work and more books in this series. I recommend this book to clean/wholesome romance readers, to Christian fiction readers, and to cowboy fans. I obtained my copy through KU.

I just love this series, the amnesia element is such a great concept that I have really got into.

This love story was wonderful to read, their chemistry was there from the beginning but because of what she and her son are going through she is unsure whether to try for another chance at happiness but circumstances are soon taken out of her hands by an accident and while she is recovering she falls even more for this hard working cowboy and so does her son.

But will she and her son ever be safe, will they ever be able to have the life they want or will it all be taken away from them again.

Such a really great story, and as always I can’t wait for the next one in this series

I received this as a complimentary copy and I am giving my honest review voluntarily

God works in mysterious ways

Audrey and her son Jackson, are on the run. They left Chicago, bought an old car, decided on new names and hit the road. Jackson, now going by Wyatt, wants to be a cowboy, so Wyoming is the destination. Audrey is a widow of four years and goes by Lailah now. She and Wyatt have decided to hold their secret no matter what.

Wesley is a rancher struggling to make ends meet. His father died leaving the ranch in arrears and now his mother is battling Alzheimer's. He won't put her in a nursing home, so taking care of her plus the ranch has been taxing.

Can a widow with a nine year old son on the run be the answer to a struggling rancher's heart?

Lots of romance, secrets and intrigue. I truly enjoyed this story.

God's plan is always better than ours

I love this series of amnesia themed books! When I first started it, I couldn't help thinking that the stories were bound to start seeming redundant sooner rather than later, yet here we are on book 6 and each story is still fresh & unique!

Audrey is running with her young son away from some danger that had already caused her husband's death. She heads to a little town called Clarity.

Wesley has lived in Clarity all his life. He had big dreams but God had other plans for him. Now he's struggling to keep his ranch solvent while taking care of his mom who has early onset Alzheimers. He's embraced duty & given up on personal happiness.

Audrey ends up bringing her son to Wesley for horseback riding lessons, & the light creeps back into Wesley's life.

I love stories with characters who have been thru so much that they've given up on their own happiness end up finding their own happily-ever-after after all - and in this story, both protagonists do. It's an awesome story!

*Clean romance level: sweet kisses, nothing graphic
*Religion: a few organic comments between characters on God's Providence, nothing remotely preachy

I really enjoyed this installment of the series. I was able to relate to the characters and were rooting for them. Wesley is such a devoted son, and it is nice to see that devotion rewarded in its own way. The fear that Audrey feels from the past she is leaving behind is palpable throughout the story. The use of Audrey/Lailah got awkward at times but it doesn't distract from the story much. I found the ending surprising in a good way. Nice to see some redeeming qualities in the dead husband and his family. Made it believable why Audrey would have fallen for him. Other than the prequel, I think this would be my favorite of the Unforgettable Cowboys series.

This is a special book to me as it deals with a parent with dementia. Audrey has settled in a small town where Wesley and his mother with dementia lives. He takes care of the family ranch just barely getting by when he meets Audrey and his son Jackson who has moved there and Jackson is taking horse riding lessons. Loved this sweet clean romance and loved that both Audrey and Wesley are trying to care for their family members giving up on the life that they once dreamed about but once they met each other their life just got better.

Finding Home In The Midst Of Chaos:
By Korkoi -
This book proves that God does work in mysterious ways. Wesley had sworn off relationships, because of what his ex did to him. Lailah / Aydrey on the other hand, was on the run and looking to start a new life. An old lady’s interference, an accident and a young boy’s love of horses, will help these two broken souls find their happily ever after. This book was gripping and very well written, with an underlying message of love and hope.

I received a copy of this ARC and I am voluntarily leaving a review.

Her Guardian Cowboy

Wesley a cowboy who was a rodeo favourite in the roping division lived on his ranch outside of his home town of Clarity. He looked after his mother who was suffering from Alzheimer's and needed constant care and medication . Audrey/Lailai and Jackson/Wyatt were on the run from her I laws who were members of a high profile gang in Chicago. This is a story based on how a mother will do anything to look after her son to keep him from danger and learn to love and be himself. This is my review and mine alone. Norma Gorrill

This book so beautifully brings together the lives of people dealing with memory issues of different kinds. I love how well Danae Little is able to show how these different aspects can affect a person and yet how even as we struggle with our own struggles we can strengthen others. Audrey and Wesley have so much that they are each struggling with but are able to help each other as they work to take care of the challenges they face.

A woman on the run finds love with a cowboy in the wilds of Wyoming.

Enjoyed being with this author again. Also reading about the unforgettable cowboys. Wesley and Lailah story was sweet. He became the guardian she and her son needed. Their love for each other grew more even after the accident. Wesley stood by her even when she had to go back to her old life for a moment. Wesley had great friends in Logan, Kyle, Jenny, Ryder, Everett and Jake. Will read more in the series.

This is part of a series but can easily be read as a stand-alone. It is a clean romance and suitable for all ages. In this story, Audrey and her son, Jackson, are escaping from the mob and looking to start a new life with new identities. Wesley and his ranch might just be exactly what they need. I really liked this story and recommend it.

This series has been so interesting. I've really enjoyed getting to know more about amnesia and the different ways it manifests. Audrey and Wesley's story is so good, yet heart breaking at the same time. I enjoyed reading their story and the underlying fear or anxiety. I had a hard time putting this one down.

Another excellent book in this series

I really loved this book from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this book to get glimpses into what it is like to deal with family suffering from Alzheimer’s. Also what it is like to truly love family and friends. I gave it 5 stars because the author earned each one of them.

Wyatt, a young boy of 9 (going on 29), was my favorite character. I love the purity and innocence of children. Wyatt and his mom Lailah (both aliases) left Chicago to keep Wyatt safe. This is a clean romance with suspense and I think it's suitable for any age. There are discussions about how Wyatt's dad died but the actual daily news is much worse.

Great story!
The characters were well written––the main characters hiding their hearts because of fear of getting hurt. And, the sweet innocent love on a child way too serious for his years.
There's action and adventure as well as sweet family moments.

Well worth the time to read.

I loved this book and I rarely LOVE a book. Audrey and Wesley are people who need and want love but are too afraid to seek it. Great characters and story line - the bonus amnesia twist worked really well - and just enough angst. A romantic suspense with an adorable little boy and a hea!!!

This series that Danae Little has written is really good. All books go back to the site Unforgettably Cowboys about help with amnesia. It’s a lot of great stories and plenty of HEAs. Enjoyed all the books and now I’m going to start her new series Faithful Cowboys.

Wyatt is quite the young man.

Wyatt made this story more than the usual romance. Wesley and audrey didn't have to work very hard because their love for Wyatt united them. I was glad to read about the love and respect they all had for grandma with her beginning alzheimer's

New start

Audrey is on the run with her son looking to start over. Now as Lailah she has the chance. They meet Wesley and his mother and become untangled with them. See Lailah has an accident and doesn't remember her life. Can Wesley help? Such a wonderful story.

I liked this book. I liked the romance and the suspense. There are different aspects of amnesia in each book in the series. It is interesting to see the different types of amnesia instead of just the main one that is in most books. I will read other books in this series.
