A page turner, quick to read.. but the end? Like it could be less predictable than that.
Anyways, very real story and characters.

Good book

It’s a typical from the slums to the good life story. But the details of their childhood to adulthood is what sets this story apart. It’s like you’re reading from perspective of someone who never thought to become a sugar baby but she does what it takes to lookout for herself, her sister and Darryl. Now the cliffhanger is what will have you picking up the next book

It appears that the majority of this authors books are short stories even though they aren’t listed a such. This book would've gotten a higher rating from me if it wasn't such a shorty story with a cliffhanger to get you to read the next book. As short as this book was, I'm sure the next 2 books in the series could've fit in this one without it being too long. It was definitely a page-turner, but without knowing if the next book in the series is just as short, I won't be purchasing it.

Really Good

The cover was a little off putting as it doesn’t depict the FMC at all. Glad I gave it a chance because it was so good. The storyline moved quickly as the book is short but still interesting.

Very slow

But before you get ready to delete this book, it’s gets a little better and then it’s over. Not going on part 2. Even though I am curious as to what happens.

Exceptional

First time reading this author's work. She made this fictional character believable. The realization that this narrative is plausible is comforting yet shocking.

Didn't care for the slang

I understand why it was used as to where they were living. But I just couldn't get past the use of the N word or the reference of the cops.

Held my attention but the amount of typos throughout the entire book was too much for me. I did enjoy the storyline overall.

Wish you were on Kinunread

I love your books, but can't afford to give you $3 for a piece of a book. I understand you trying to make that dollar, but less than a hundred page book is not a book. So, I can't buy all of your books. Wish you were on Kinunread!
