Olivia T. Turner is fast becoming a one click for me, her book are steamy and sweet and always safe.

Avery is at an all-time low, everything that can go wrong in her life has gone wrong, walking in the rain looking for a homeless shelter for the night she realises she has no idea where she is going, making the decision to ask for help she knocks on Noah’s door only to find everything she wants and a solution when she poses as a prospective nanny. But when it becomes clear that she is falling in love with him how will she tell him who she really is?

Noah knew the minute that he opened the door and saw Avery walking away that there was no way that he was never letting her walk away and with her being there for an interview he will use any excuse to keep her in his house. She wins over his nephews straight away and he knows this is where she belongs with them. But how will he feel when she tells him that she is not who he thinks she is, will he forgive her deception?

Great read and highly recommended.

Little Cherry

Oh, yeah! Serious sizzle, crazy over-the-top insta-love, a growly alpha male, and a pair of adorable four-year-old twins. What's not to love? A very enjoyable read / listen. 🔥💥🔥

I don’t care that she gave me a fake name. I don’t care that she lied.

I can see the goodness radiating off her. She’s a good person. She can’t lie about that.

-- Noah Steele

Avery and Noah are intense and wickedly hot! This is definitely going on my "read again" list.

I received an author's copy of the audio book and read along for a good portion of the book. The narrators are Beth Roeg and Noel Harrison. I liked them both. Their voices were well suited for the characters. This is the first time I've listened to Noel and I can't wait to hear more! It's the second time for Beth and I look forward to future books with her.

Sizzling Sugary Goodness!

With her latest endeavor, OTT has once again gone over-the-top with a juicy narrative guaranteed to leave you dripping… with perspiration and searching for release… ahem… relief… err um, I mean… a respite from the steamy heat. “Cherry Poppins” takes the older man/sweet young thing, nanny trope to a whole new level of sugary goodness. The chemistry is combustible with sizzling sexual tension and the action… well, let’s just say Ms. Turner has a very explicit imagination. Professionally written and extremely fast paced, the character development is quite good, considering the 84-page length (yeah, that length was very good too!), and includes two epilogues from both the H/h perspectives. “Cherry Poppins” is a fun, fantastical, standalone novella, including dual POV, a totally “safe” story-line and an opening dedication from the author that will leave a smile on every woman’s face! 😉

So, if you’re looking for a really good time… give Olivia T. Turner’s “Cherry Poppins” a try… Mary Poppins must be so jealous!

Disclaimer: No Kindles were seriously harmed while reading this novel. Children 18 and over only due to sexually explicit material!

Disclaimer for the Disclaimer… The term “seriously harmed” is not intended to include: overheating, scorch marks, minor melting or inconsequential fire that can be put out with an extinguisher. Fire retardant gloves highly recommended while reading. I gasp as the bathroom door swings open.
Mr. Steele walks in with a heated look in his eyes and the room charges with an intense heat.
I’m laying in the bath and my body starts tingling knowing there’s nothing but a bunch of bubbles that are eventually going to pop between his hungry eyes and my naked body.
My heart starts pounding furiously in my chest and I’m worried that there’s going to be rings of water rippling away from it that give my excitement away.
I can’t believe he came in here. But to be fair, I chose not to lock the door.
A part of me wanted him to come in. The same part of me that’s now sending heat coursing between my legs.
He rolls up the sleeves of his cashmere sweater and my mouth starts to water when I see his thick tattooed forearms. I wasn’t aware that you could get goosebumps in a hot bath, but apparently you can.
Then, he approaches.

Do you love your Over-The-Top men with a touch of gray in their hair and a whole lot of possessiveness in their touch? Then you’ll love Noah Steele. This hot OTT billionaire is going to treat his young nanny right! And you get to watch!
Safe, no cheating, and a sweet HEA that will have you smiling (and blushing). Enjoy!

This was over the top and I enjoyed every minute of it. I really needed a fan after reading the scenes between Noah and Avery. HOT HOT! Even though it was steamy, I also couldn’t help but swoon at the moments with the twins as well. I love adorable kids in books. I can't wait for her next release!

Ill be honest one point in this book i wanted to sing a spoon full of sugar 🤣🤣🤣 even if she wasn't even close to Mary Poppins... a nanny who gives kids ice cream for breakfast thats who lol now i have read olivias books before so i know they are mostly older men/younger woman and virgins.. (the trope shall never die lol)

Avery has had a crappy couple months first her mother dies, then she loses the place follow by her job so now she broke homeless.. pretty fucked up if you ask me.. making her way towards a homeless shelter she stops at a house (Real life I'm like GIRLLL DONT GO INTO STRANGERS PLACES!!!) hoping she can use their phone to make a call. And she meets Noah 1000% OTT ALPHA and a sorta father to his sister's kids twin boys name Lucas and Liam (kids are adorbs). She sorta tells a tiny fib and becomes the nanny jsing a fake name and being a okayish nanny.. but that doesn't last long since she feels guilty for lying and growing close with the family she has to tell Noah... but once the secret is out nothing changes Noah still wants her and he won't give her up.. he wasn't even angry she lied lol. Can i live in that world?!?

The i love yous happened super fast.. but then again its a instalove book.

No ow/om drama, no cheating, sexy time, Celebit guy and virgin gal

When one makes the choice in life to read a book called
🍒Cherry Poppins🍒
one must take responsibility. So I'm here to tell you it's exactly what it says on the tin.

Hot rich older guy needs a nanny for two boys he's raising after their mother (his sister) died. Poor young homeless waif pretends to be nanny. Hot rich older guy is instantly OTT obsessed. Next day she gives the kids ice cream for breakfast, and he buys her a new wardrobe. That night, she confesses the truth, and he's totally cool about it! Aww!

Then he's like:

Now, dance for me.

And she's like:

Jamie Lee Curtis doing a striptease in the movie True Lies.

Now, I can practically hear you naysayers squawking that it's "unrealistic" for this virginal broken bird to suddenly knock out a pro-level striptease.

Wrong!

As a matter of fact, did you know that 95% of all professional erotic dancers are actually virgins??

According to romance books.
See, reading is fun and educational.

the more you know

PS the narrators on this audiobook (Beth Roeg and Noel Harrison) did a really good job. Especially Noel, who sounds 80% unhinged and 20% incredulous. 🤪

Good

This was an enjoyable quick read! Avery’s life is pretty much as low as it can get. She is homeless, poor and it’s raining and she doesn’t know where the homeless shelter is. Her luck changes in an instant when she knocks on a door looking to use a phone. Noah is instantly obsessed the moment he sees Avery and his OTT possessive caveman comes to life demanding he claim her. The only problem I had with the story was Noah believing that she was the nanny that was scheduled for an interview the following day. Why would she show up at his house at midnight for an interview a day early? It made no sense! Other than that I really liked this story.
Safety and Spoilers
Completely safe. No op drama. No drama even from the lie she told. I wasn’t sure what the H’s sexual history was but he definitely wasn’t a manwhore, the h was a virgin. No abuse!

Another sexy short book.

3,75 stars

As we can expect from this author, this book was sweet, sexy based on insta-love and insta-lust.
Avery is living her worst moment in her life. Completely alone, faced with the reality of having to live in the street, she finds a way out when the sexy, rich, older man Noah gives her a place to live, a job to babysit his nephews and the promise of so much more.

She is not who he thinks she is, but after their feelings are all over the place, that wont matter so much.

Even being a short book and being insta everything, I really enjoyed myself reading it. It was really sexy and adorable, a book to read in one sitting and be content about it.

The couple: Noah and Avery

Romance genre: insta-love
Length: 84 pages

Plot: Avery accepted a job as a nanny for Noah's twin nephews (as she pretended to be the real applicant - look, she really needed the job!), but when she gets to the house and he sees her for the first time, he has another position in mind. Will her deception change his mind, or will it even matter?

Commentary: As with all OTT novellas, this was short, full of smut, and ridiculous; let's be honest: that's why people read them. I'm starting to feel a little burnt out them, to be honest, but this one wasn't too bad. Typical age gap, nanny, but she is pretending to be someone else, which adds a little spice to the story. Not a waste of half an hour.

I won't rate this book, because I don't want to ruin its rating.
But with all due respect, what the actual fuck? I am horrified. This was never advertised as a breeding kink book, but this was all the male lead was talking about. And the heroine was delighted. I mean, kuddos to this, she was homeless, and he was damn attractive and rich, but, HOW? HOW IS THIS HOT? I am horrified.

Oh wow what a heartbreak of a read.
Right door wrong nanny.
Avery had a hard life her mom passed away leaving her alone and scared. She loses their apartment, then her job for sleeping in the back room.
She has no phone and needs to call a shelter.
She happens upon a nice house its pouring down, her clothes are soaked her umbrella is broke and she's starving.
Knocking on the door to use the phone turns her world around.
Mr. Noah Steele is in need of a nanny, which she became but the lies and deceit are eating her alive.
You see Avery lied about her name when she noticed a list on the counter for Nannies and Poppy White wasn't crossed out so after looking through his wallet for his name (not his cash) she pretended to be Poppy. That lasted a day because she fell in love with the twins then Noah. He bought her clothes, jewelry, makeup, shoes and lingerie. Then she took the plunge and told him the truth because she was to emotionally involved already. Even though she was sure he would throw her back on the streets she just needed them to know her name to say her name. But he didn't it bonded him to her even more.
Hot erotic strip tease. Hot se** scenes and some steamy kisses.
Ten years later with two new additions to the family and they get their HEA. Oh yes then they hired the real Poppy who turned out to be a great asset.
This book had a tinge of Mr. CEEOOO with the false identity and hard luck times little virgin.

Avery and Noah

Girl, this is smut with a little bit of plot.
Avery is desperate and when she finds out that Noah is looking for a babysitter, she jumps on the opportunity. However, Noah wants her from the moment he sees her in the rain.
The timeline for this book is two days tops. They see each other, and boom! They're together.

First things first; I really like the cover of this book. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable.
Unemployed and homeless, Avery desperately lies to get a nanny job. From the moment he opened the door, Noah Steele wanted Avery/Poppy. So much so that he changed the nanny job to a live in position. As time passes, Avery and Noah fall hard for one another.
I really liked Noah and Avery. I liked that when Noah learnt that Avery lied he wasn’t angry.
The chemistry between Avery and Noah was clear to see and I liked them as a couple. They were so good together.
I loved Lucas and Liam, they’re adorable! Avery was so good with them and they soon bonded.
I really liked the ending and epilogue for this story. I really did like Noah and Avery.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and an enjoyable read. I cannot wait for more books from Olivia T. Turner.

Avery is down on her luck and now about to live on the streets. In desperate need to use a phone, she knocks on the door of a complete stranger for some help. What she didn't realize was when that door opened, her whole life was going to change.
Noah opens the door and sees Avery standing there soaking wet needing help. One look at her and he is completely obsessed. When she gives him the name of Poppy and tells him she is there for the nanny position, he instantly hires her knowing that she would be more that just the nanny.
When the truth comes out, will Noah be able to forgive her?? Spoiler: Of course he does... He is a man obsessed with his woman and NEVER letting her go.

-safe read
-h is a virgin
-H is raising his nephew twins
-no om/ow drama
-epilogues (8 months and 9 years)

This was really adorable and steamy! I enjoyed the fixation that the hero and heroine had for each other, and the boys were cute even if children in romance can get annoying. There was a scene in which he is getting dressed after a shower that I didn’t like because he was doing so in front of the kids. I could’ve done without that since he lets the towel fall. That was just weird, but otherwise a really enjoyable book.

I would have to give this book a 5 out of 5-star rating. This is another amazing book by the author Olivia T. Turner. I loved the male and female main characters Noah and Avery they were perfect for each other. The story just flowed so naturally. This book was short, sweet, and to the point, but was very good nonetheless. I thought the twin nephews of Noah were cute in all the parts of the book they are in. The ending was a perfect way to end the book. I recommend this book and author.

DNF @ 78%. The writing was terrible and storyline is nonexistent. I like insta-love when done right; this wasn’t. I like a lot of sex in my books but instead of being hot this book felt like a cheap porno story meant for men. There wasn’t anything sexy about any of it. And I don’t mind age gap stories as long as they don’t feel like pedophilia this was getting too close to the line. I think her teenage cunt had been mention 3 times by the time I gave up. Yuck.
