for a text book, which i'm guessing should be neutral, this book was really supportive of same sex marriage and adoptions by same sex couples. definitely not a bad thing! but unusual for a text book

Great textbook for family law courses. Fairly updated and gives good information. Was not the most boring textbook I have ever read either.
