Everyone wants to be a superhero when they are a kid. Billy was no different. When he was growing up, he idolized Metropolis Man and the other superheroes of his hometown of Haverford.
Now, Billy is in high school and all he wants to do is just fit in, be one of the cool kids. Be invited to parties, that kinda thing. Then, when he’s finally invited to a party, he accidentally causes an event that gives all of his schoolmates superpowers.
Or was it an accident?
After the accident, he’s able to control light. He can fly around on a disc made entirely out of light. He’s become one of the superheroes that he dreamed about for all of his life.
