The King James Version is considered to be one of the most popular Bible translations in the history of the bible.

There is also a link on the first page of this bible that will link to our website page explaining the Real Names of God and Jesus and their approximate original name pronunciations.

Here is a Basic Timeline of Bibles Published

In 1400 B.C The Ten Commandments were given to Moses.

In 500 B.C. the Old Testament Hebrew manuscripts were completed.

In 200 B.C. the Old Testament and the Apocrypha Greek manuscripts were written.

In 100 A.D. the New Testament was finished.

In 382 A.D. the Latin Vulgate manuscripts were complied.

In 1384 A.D. came the next and largest compilation of books.
A total of 80 in all, and this was called the first complete Bible hand written by John Wycliffe. This large volume consisted of the regularly read 66 books of the old and new testaments, plus 14 books of the apocrypha.

In 1456 A.D. came the first printed bible called the Gutenberg Bible, via modern book publishing.

In 1560 A.D. came the Geneva Bible written in English.

In 1611 A.D. the first King James Bible was completed which King James of England had commissioned.

In 1769 A.D. the King James English Version Bible was edited, updated, and is the one that most people read today. It was greatly improved upon when compared to the 1611 version. This is the preferred King James Bible of many.

In the year 1885 A.D. The Apocrypha was removed, which now left only 66 books, of which most readers call the Old and New Testaments of the Holy Bible.

In 1947 A.D. The Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered and made for serious validation of the Bible’s accuracy.

In 1982 A.D The New King James Version was published into the modern English language but some of the scriptures were changed.

It is important to know about the bible translations and which one you are reading.
This bible is based on the 1769 Edition and we feel it is the most superior King James Version.
