Very useful book that explains and gives references for nearly every aspect of commercial flower farming. The author is Canadian and is writing from that perspective, but gives US and European references as well for networking. My only hesitation with this one is that it seems geared a lot more towards small scale but still professional farms. I'm growing and selling from my back yard in a rental in a city. It's small scale, but too small scale for this writing. While there are some things that do of course still apply (trademarks, logos, social media use, etc), there's a lot that doesn't. This book would be most useful to someone who has/owns a small patch of land, and who has interest in selling at farmer's markets, etc. Recommended, to the right audience.

Although the author is Canadian, there is a lot of great information for US flower farmers. While focused on first year flower farmers, there is a lot of information that will help an experienced farmer step up their game.
