Healthy Living from A to Z is a refreshingly organized and holistic approach to one taking care of themselves. It is very engaging and interactive. Author Rhonda Huff drills down and explains the ins and outs of Nutrition, Exercise and Mental/Emotional Health. She helps the reader understand the co-dependance of our mind and body; why they react the way they do and provides ideas and possible solutions to consider, try and/or discuss with their physician. I highly reccommend Healthy Living from A to Z to anyone who is looking into how to take better care of themselves. Healthy Living from A to Z is certainly a keeper and great reference guide to better living all the way around.
