The book is written by two lifelong law enforcement officers with over 60 years of experience who have made this transition. The book offers their insight and advice to transitioning patriots about what to do before, during and after the career transition. In addition to the insight of these two authors, the authors created an extensive survey which was distributed to 100 of the nation's most impressive senior leaders in the corporate security arena. The book details the survey responses and provides to the reader advice from these experts about moving from a government employer to a private entity.

Solid book with some good pointers

Excellent book. Worth the read and many good suggestions and takeaways. The answers to the survey questions served as good reminders and tips to hedge your bets.
