I really enjoyed reading this book, it's inspiring. Also touched a topic very relevant to me - how to make a change in your own company. Good advice: saved a lot of quotes.

A really useful book given the recent protests and desire for people to make a change. I think it frames the difficulty of balancing long term ideals with wanting to achieve tangible progress. It was particularly useful on allyship which is very relevant right now.
I personally liked the interviews - they carry a lot of weight given that the authors interviewed so many people and, although it can feel a bit of a noisy mix of voices, it is interesting how such different strains of activism share effective tactics.
Really recommended for people who feel like they are overwhelmed at the moment and want to take action.

A couple of good points but too generic, obvious and padded with quotes, without much idea of its audience.
