In the present book "Fundamentals of Horticulture" pertinent aspects as initiative approach to learn furtherance in the matter has been covered. Accommodating 14 chapters in all, basic information focussing on importance, classification, growing, management and different features like polyembryony, parthenocarpy and incompatibility etc. in particular context to fruit plants forms pages of the book. The context and relevance of the topics have been highlighted in simplified way so as to have easy graspability of various descriptives. Every attempt has been made to make the presentation error free. However, chances always rest that errors may creep into text.
