Such an inspiring human being. His views on life now and understanding of the mistakes he made in the past (and essentially what many people) make can be turned around to make a better life for yourself and the people you care most about. If you feel stuck in life, this is a book you want to read.

Garrain is a light in this world. I met him at a training and quickly felt his energy to do good in the world. I believe he does / lives out what he "preaches"/ writes about in the book. There’s a few challenges I believe he had in writing the book though. He’s not a writer by profession so the messaging is a bit choppy at times. A lot of the concepts were sort of “glossed over” and didn’t quite hit their intended target. I loved the exercises at the end of each chapter. It allows the reader to actually put into practice some of the lessons Garrain is looking to teach in the book. That was probably my favorite part about the book. Great job on turning your life into an inspiration, Garrain! Keep grinding my friend 💪🏽

Had great expectations from this book, based on the reviews I had read. But it just didn't feel right to me. The author clearly shares important life lessons, however the many examples he uses to prove a point, based on his life, seem so unrealistic that I feel like he's fooling me. Also, I do not believe in God and the numerous references to god and religion do not help.

Well well well.. didn't think the first book I would find to be worthy of 4 stars would be a self-help book. A book lying at home, not bought by me.
Like most self-help books, this one too does not tell something new. But I like the way it is told.
Trusting the process, positive thinking, acting on what is not aiding your life, improving relationships are the themes explored in this book. Other than the relationships one, I liked all. Relationships one may not be interesting to me because I do not see myself having much use for it at this point in my life.
I wanted to take pauses during the book and reflect on my life in relation to the topic being talked about. It really could be a 1-day read but I read it slowly in about a week to try to get most out of the reading.
This is a book which I am considering to read random chapters out of, every 1st of months.
Things I didn't enjoy much were god getting credited many times, some miracles - but it's my personal opinion that I just think those would be coincidences along with wishful thinking. Totally respect author's experience and him having his truth.

Wish I could say that I’ve known about Garrain for years, but I’ve actually stumbled onto his name and IG from a positivity podcast I listened to back in November/December. I was mind blown by Garrain’s enthusiasm and outlook in life...makes me wonder how can I be this happy, this positive, this full of life?!

Well, in buying his book I now hold the key to achieving the same outlook as Garrain. Within these pages we learn his story, his success, mistakes, failures, and his ability to overcome many obstacles....all while encouraging, motivating, and inspiring all of us!

It’s got some writing/journaling exercises after each chapter that help in driving the point home be it about gratitude, growth, forgiveness, etc. However, as always, I read the book and I will dive in on the exercises on the second time I read the book.

Love it.

This book hit home for me. I can relate to everything that was said in this book. It is very moving very inspirational not to mention educational. I was touched in so many ways. It’s like I was reliving parts of my life through this book. If you’re stuck and can’t find your way out and don’t know where to begin, I recommend this book. If you are not motivated to CHANGE YOUR MINDSET, CHANGE YOUR LIFE, after reading this book. You are not ready and how can you not be after reading this book. This book WILL motivate you on your journey to a better life. Thumbs up to Sir for sharing.

Definitely one of the best books I’ve read about mastering the mind,
Garrían takes you through his journey of a poor depressed person living in his car with 0 bucks to being a successful and happy person because of a god signal that came to him by a homeless.
The activities in the book help you reflex about your life and how can you achieve balance in every aspect of your life to be successful as a person.
Really teaches you how everything depends on your mind and how you attract what you think

I like that throughout the book the theme of change your mindset was set for doing it now. Not planning or waiting but move now towards who you are deep down. Thank you for sharing.

Highly recommend. Biggest takeaway in this one is ‘forgiving’ and ‘apologizing’.

This is my second time reading this book and 2 other things stuck out this time. One was how holding resentment and/or guilt can take up too much space in your heart. It’s like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die or something similar to that. That really resonates with me because I was just having a conversation with my dad about how he holds grudges and is trying to change his attitude and let things go. The second thing was about blocking others blessing by now receiving from them. Out of politeness you typically just turn down certain things but at the same time, you could be blocking someone else from giving to you and then receiving a blessing they’ve been looking for. I’m going to be very mindful of what I turn down and say no to now. I predict that this book will remain in my top 3 forever.
