I was given the opportunity to read this book by the high school I work for.

At first I was feeling frustrated and confused with the methods being taught but as I moved further into the book, I began to understand more and how to apply this in the real world for the students I work with.

It has been great to start the school year and see the work my principal has put in to build these teams and apply these methods.
