If you want to start a small accounting firm and use the Profit First model to help your clients expand your business, this is a 5-star excellent guidebook for that.

If you wanted to read a more holistic view of what is happening the the accounting/bookkeeping profession and what options there might be for the future, this is not it. It is very specifically focused and if being a Profit Advisor is not your focus, there is not much to get out of this book.
