The charming town of Magnolia Harbor, South Carolina, prepares for the highly anticipated Candlelight Journey Festival. The owners of the Magnolia Harbor Inn -- sisters Grace Porter and Charlotte Wylde -- plan an elaborate party with a Revolutionary War theme as they welcome their guests.

Another delightful Inn at Magnolia Harbor Series book. I couldn’t wait to delve into it, and I couldn’t wait to find out who the culprits were. The sisters are typical, they argue, make up and are stubborn, but love each other to pieces. They have their favorites. They have their inner e.s.p. On their guests. Their Aunt Winnie is just as winsome as the sisters are, and she makes for a well rounded character since the girls’ parents have passed on. The men in the sister’s lives intrigue the read and flux us as the sister’s try to hide their true feelings, as if still living in a era of the 18th or 19th century where women were more demure.
Will look forward to the next book in the series, when it is released. Just delightful, especially in such tense times.
2 couples and one individual story lines to follow in this one. The young newlyweds were fun to read about and watch the beginning of love bloom, even with troubles that arise, they were a great couple to read about. The individual...that one I had no idea until right up to the end what that issue would resolve out to be, great job at keeping me guessing. The last couple, I really liked them, was very sad with the ending, but it was a great story line that just kept going. Well worth the read.
Nice story but I especially liked how it turned out to be a mystery. It certainly kept me tuning the pages. The ending had a bit of humor but overall a good ending.
