Disappointing after book 1

After reading book 1 I had I hopes for the second book but The author seem to just tried to throw everything together as quickly as he could,He still did a great job with the world building the story kind of weakened and some of the new characters he added just seemed... Out of place is the best way that I can think of to describe them and then anytime the author started to build some flow to the story he would ruin it shortly after in a way that I would have to reread multiple sections over again understand what's going on and then there is 1 chapter chapter 11 that was just a copy and paste from a chapter from book 1 that had no value whatsoever it was really annoying.

Needs major editing

I really do like this book, don’t get me wrong. The reason that I gave it 3 starts is because of all the editing errors. Normally, this would only have me dropping it to 4 stars, but not only are there major editing errors, there is a complete chapter (chapter 11) that is from book 1. Another problem is that the epilogue is in there twice. This should not have been released in the state it is in. 1 Minot problem that I have is that the cover and name are exactly the same as book 1 and it took me a long time to find it.

Needs editing

I enjoyed the story, just like the first book.
That said there are several sections of duplicate content, one where a section from book one is copied. Also the epilogue is repeated.

Overall, it's a good book, with a fairly unique premise. I'm looking forward to the next book.

It's ok

Have read it and it was good... Then around chapter ten it had copied from the first book and had no meaning to the story. It happened again at the epilogue when it just copy and paste the last few paragraphs of the chapter before, I still like the book but it needs to be edited.

Pissed off

I will not buy another book from this Author until he puts out at least one more book in the Demon Familiar series. He has a bad habit of getting to two books in a series and then starting a new series. But he doesn't go back to finish the previous series. That is unacceptable to me.

Good book with some chapter errors

I've enjoyed the story and want to see where it goes. With that said there are two big errors that can be confusing. Chapter 11 is from the first book. I'm guessing it was a copy error and the last chapter was. Copied twice. Over all not bad, just needs another edit and update.

What happened?

There was an entire chapter from book 1, and the epilogue was the same as the las chapter...

No mentioning the awful orthography mistakes.

Please be more careful when editing hope you fix this book fast.

Good story but grammar issues

There are times when the tense of the story seems to shift from present to past or from first to third person. The epilogue is a repeat of the prior pages.

I still enjoyed the story but it really needs to go through an editor before releasing.

Edit

This needs a editor. At parts it repeated itself and jumped around a bit. Used a scene from a previous story and backtracked. Still a decent read with fun characters and an ok story.

Good book but editing required

Really annoying when parts of chapters are duplicated and names for the same character changes! But a good story that i would definitely recommend if the editing was better.

Awesome

Yet another exemplary story from this author, same weirdness from chapter eleven, but overall a great book to read, can't wait for more.

Crap!

This book is utterly useless. I liked the first one but this is so badly written that I can’t even finish it. Huge disappointment!
