The majority of human beings belong to the group without light. They talk about rediscovering Nature and obeying the natural laws, but which nature are they talking about? There are two natures in man, one lower, one higher. People think they are obeying Nature when in fact they are doing something exactly opposite to their higher Nature, whereas others concentrate on their divine Nature and do everything in their power to subjugate and restrict the impulses of their human nature. Confusion reigns in people’s minds and that is why it is so important to make them realize that a higher Nature exists in them, which expresses itself quite differently from the human nature they inherited from the animal kingdom.

Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov was a Macedonian philosopher, pedagogue, alchemist, mystic, magus and astrologer. He was a disciple of Peter Deunov (Beinsa Douno), the founder of the Universal White Brotherhood.

Δεύτερο βιβλίο του Ομράαμ Αϊβανόφ που διαβάζω και μάλλον δε θα υπάρξει τρίτο αφού ο διάσημος Βούλγαρος φιλόσοφος/διδάσκαλος/εσωτεριστής (και δημιουργός της μυστικιστικής οργάνωσης Παγκόσμια Λευκή Αδελφότητα) δεν μου ταιριάζει. Ίσως φταίει η υπεραισιόδοξη βάση της φιλοσοφίας του που προσμένει μια νέα ανώτερη περίοδο για την ανθρωπότητα μέσα από μια αρμονία με το θεϊκό στοιχείο. Κρατάμε τα αυτονόητα προφανώς, το σεβασμό προς τη φύση και τη σωστή συμπεριφορά αλλά έχουμε επιφυλάξεις για το αν η αυτοβελτίωση είναι αρκετή για την αλλαγή πίστας στο χαμένο/στημένο παιχνίδι της ζωής που είναι γεμάτο bugs και αδιέξοδα όπου το «αγκαλιάστε όλο τον κόσμο με τη νοημοσύνη σας και με την αγάπη σας» μοιάζει απλά αστείο…
