Bert Hellinger: Meu Trabalho, Minha Vida

Rate this book

“Bert Hellinger: Life and Work” is a fascinating window into the man behind family constellations and the concept of the “orders of love.” The book weaves biography, case stories and short reflections in a way that makes his life journey and his therapeutic insights feel very human and accessible. I especially liked seeing how his personal history, spiritual influences and clinical work all converged into a very particular way of looking at relationships, guilt, belonging and fate. At times it can be a bit repetitive and you may disagree with some of his conclusions, but it definitely made me reflect more deeply on family loyalty and how much of our life is shaped by what came before us.
