They call him Billionaire, Environmentalist, and Playboy. I call him Boss.
I try to keep it professional, I want to resist him, but the pull is too strong.
A bomb threat, a ransacked apartment, mysterious warnings, all telling me to leave him alone.
Yes, staying will be dangerous, but leaving him will destroy me.
Royally Flushed is a standalone romance with a happy ending. It’s second in Tech Billionaire Series. It takes place in the same world as the Billionaire Venture Capitalist and Clear Holiday and includes many of the favorite characters from the other books.

ARC kindly provided in exchange for an honest review.
My first read by author Ainsley St Claire and I am pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to love Corrine and Jackson.
Corrine has been Jackson's highly efficient assistance who helped him get his life together, but when a mystery stalker appeared to harass and threaten Corrine, Jackson stepped in for her safety. Sparks fly and suddenly Jackson saw her under a new light, one where he realized that his admiration goes beyond lust and stepping into the territory of... love. But with the danger lurking and after being burned by a man before, will Corrine take a second chance at love? Especially when Jackson was the same kind of man who broke her heart once?
What I loved:
1. Corrine - How can you not love this independent, no-nonsense, highly efficient woman in heels. Everything about her "boss lady" personality had me looking up to her and admired her for the way she handles herself even in a demeaning situation.
2. I just love the mansion in Hawaii and those over the top poker games. Living the billionaire lifestyle does have its perks. So much fun!
Things I wished would be executed better.
1. The entire mystery harasser plot. The book actually set off on a good start, nothing like a bomb threat scene to reel you in and keep you captivated, but somewhere in the middle, I felt as if the writing lost sight of that as the couple's dynamic took center stage, the mystery harasser plot took a backseat and was overshadowed by other things going on in the storyline.
It was too much, too many, at the same time, it kinda threw off the pacing a little for me and I found myself speeding through the chapters. When it came to the reveal, I was a little bummed that I guessed it right from the start. 😂
2. Seconding my point in no. 1 with the pacing, I was unsatisfied with how Jackson seemed to "suddenly" viewed Corrine as something other than his assistant. Maybe I just missed the trigger and needed a reread, but I found this bit a little odd and would love it better if we have a little background from Jackson's POV just to get a feel of their relationship. I do love Corrine and Jackson so this is just a minor setback.
Other than that, it was a good read and recommended to those who love a good billionaire/assistant trope with a side of thrill and mystery!
Synopsis: The Tech Billionaires return in Book Two with the story of Jackson Graham and his assistant Corrine Woods. Jackson runs Soleil Energy while Corrine helps him with all of his works, both personal and professional. But when she's repeatedly being threatened, possibly by one of her famous ex's girlfriends, Jackson becomes protective of her. Spending more hours together than ever before, they both start recognising the feelings they never knew they had for each other. Will they get their forever after?
Review: Narrated in the first-person alternately from Corrine Woods and Jackson Graham's point-of-view, these are what I call business romances and I freaking love them. This is the second book I'm reading by Ainsley St Claire, and I loved this more than Book One of this series.
Thirty-two years old Jackson is the billionaire founder of an alternative energy company. Corrine is his go-to for setting up everything under the sun. But trouble starts when he begins to care too much about her as well as having inappropriate thoughts, especially after there are some serious threats against her well-being. At the age of thirty, Corrine can't believe the mess she's in. Together with the added insecurity of thinking that she maybe is as good as fired, she's also thinking about Jackson more than she should.
We met Graham for the first time at a high-end card game planned by the protagonist of Book One, House of Cards. And during another one of such card games, he was there again with the rich as sin group of players. And with the bad news that was shared at the end of Book One in the Epilogue plus the dangers that Graham and Corrine find themselves in, in this one, it was a thrilling and dangerous ride with some sadness too. Jackson and Corrine's conversations were a charm, especially the initial one about her background. I laughed so hard. And I so loved Corrine!
I get out of my skirt and pull off my bra. Ahh. The bra was definitely invented by a man.
Apart from threats to Corrine, there's some funny business going on in Jackson's company as well. I like my romances to be a bit on the intriguing side and this was a perfect read for me. Business + Intrigue + Romance!
Corrine didn’t think it could get any worse when she finds out that her relationship with her boyfriend has come to an end in the most humiliating and public way possible, but she is about to realize differently. She is the hardworking and dedicated assistant to the CEO of the company where she works and now her personal life has ended up squarely on her desk and she finds herself in danger.
Jackson is her boss and appreciates her skills as his employee but when he finds out she has attracted the attention of the wrong person all he wants to do is keep her safe and find out who is behind the threat before it is too late. He has been attracted to Corrine for a while and he is determined to overcome her reservations and show her that they are a perfect match both personally and professionally.
The characters are compelling, the romance is real, and the intrigue and twists will keep you entertained until the last page.
Let me start by saying I liked the idea of the story. Executive assistant and her billionaire boss fall for each other. My only issue is the writing. I felt like the story was there but for some reason I wasn’t feeling it. It was like I was watching a movie with bad acting. Maybe it was because Corrine has this hot boss and never realized he was hot and even when she did, I didn’t really feel the attraction. The same with Jackson. She was your assistant for a year and you never realized you found her attractive. I understand situations, like say a public breakup and possible bomb, could make you realize what you didn’t see before, but I didn’t feel it. I was reading the words, but the feeling just wasn’t there. I’ve honestly never had this issue before reading a book. I know everyone can interpret it differently but for me it fell short. I will say the sex scenes were hot, but it wasn’t enough to save the book for me. I wrote this review based on an advance reading copy that the publisher sent me.
This is book number 2 in the Tech Billionaires series.Corrine has been working for Soleil Energy for about a year and things begin to change in here life including seeing the one person that she thought that she would never see again. Jackson is always there for Corrine by making sure that she is safe at all times. With Corrine and Jackson certain lines will be crossed and things will get crazy between the two of them. Loved reading this book and so will you.

Corrine is the personal assistant to Jackson Graham, who is a billionaire, environmentalist and a playboy. Corrine had a very public breakup with a football player and now a woman is staking her. Jackson steps up to keep her safe and sparks are flying between them but Corrine doesn’t believe he can give up his playboy way. Can he convince her? Fast-paced read with great characters, lots of drama, suspense and steam. Entertaining read.
The billionaires in this serie just keep getting better... I bet the story of Logan will be epic. In this book, you have romance, a great mystery, that will put you thinking of whose the guilty one, over and over, and lots of steamy scenes... Even by phone... I loved it and recommend it!

Corrine works for Jackson at Soleil Energy. Her boyfriend ends their relationship while giving an interview and this sends her out drinking with a friend. She runs into her boss while she's out and he send them a drink on him. The next day she receives a disturbing package and a stalker. She has a mixed reaction from co-workers some think she sent the package herself whereas her boss and a few others worry about who it could've come from. Jackson is finally seeing Corrine as more than his assistant but she is keeping him at arms length. As they continue working to get the project the company is working on done they find out that there's been someone in the company that's been working against them. So they are dealing with that Corrine's stalker and one of Jackson's friend's wife was murdered so its being investigated. It seems everywhere Corrine goes the person finds her. Will Jackson be able to keep her safe? Can he show Corrine that he isn't the playboy she thinks he is?
This is an amazing story once I started it I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between them is off the charts hot. This story will have you on the edge of your seat wondering what will happen next. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Royally Flushed is the second in the Tech Billionaire series. It held up fairly well as a stand alone book. There were characters that must have been from previous books that were in this one and references to another mystery, so I did feel a bit lost at times. For the most part, I enjoyed Corrine and Jackson's story. It had a bit of intrigue and mystery to it. I enjoyed that more than the romance. I didn't feel like Corrine and Jackson clicked in the beginning. I mean there was no hint on Corrine's side that she even felt attracted to him until they went to Maui. I also felt like she was too wishy-washy with what she wanted throughout most of the book. Still, I think it's worth checking out. I do want to go and read the first book, House of Cards as well as some of her earlier works.
From the cover the intriguing synopsis, Royally Flushed had me hooked from beginning to end. It was a good romance filled with mysterious twists and turns.
In the story we get to meet Corrine Woods, she works for Soleil Energy as the executive assistant to the CEO, Jackson Graham. Her job is fulfilling, but also very demanding. She has to constantly talk to women who are after her boss and often does damage control when she has to. But it’s after her boyfriend publicly moves on from their relationship that things start to turn ugly for her. Not only is Corrine getting threats, but her workspace and home get ransacked. With no one else to turn to, her boss offers to help her. He is kind and attentive towards her from the start. He is aware of valuable she is to him and the company. It’s when they start to spend more time together that things begin to change. She knows that there can never be anything between them. Yet, Jackson keeps wanting a future with her. It’ll be up to Corrine to truly figure out if she can put her past behind her and open up to the person that has been constant from the very beginning.
Jackson Graham is the founder of an alternative energy company that has made him a billionaire. But no matter how much money he has, he can’t seem to get away from all the women that want him for his money only. He has worked so hard to get to where he is that he doesn’t see himself settling down, until he meets Corrine. She takes very good care of him and makes sure that he is at his best. He is ready to bring to market a new product that will bring him more money, but when things don’t go that way he plans Jackson has to figure out who is out to get him. Not only is he worried about his company, but also for Corrine as well. He will protect her no matter what. It’s when feelings get involved that he needs to figure out a way to make Corrine see that he might just be her forever before it’s too late.
I really liked the overall concept of the story. It was intriguing, sexy and full of mystery. Corrine is smart and independent. She truly is valuable to the company that she works for. On the other hand, Jackson is kind and protective. He wants to keep Corrine safe and he is willing to trust her to make decisions even when he is not there. They are good partners and their chemistry is sizzling from the very start. The element of mystery kept the story interesting. Now I did have a problem with how the story was executed at end. I thought it felt too rushed for me and it could have been developed a bit further. The ending was abrupt and I don’t know if it was intentional since this is in on going series or if it was meant to end the way it did. I honestly don’t think the story can be read as a standalone, the rest of the secondary characters are heavily involved in the book that I found myself confused with what was happening at times. Since I have no prior knowledge of the first book, it would have been helpful to have read it first before reading this book (even though the story is intended to focus on just Corrine and Jackson). Overall, the story was still a good read and I’m definitely interested in reading the next book in the series.

Very very long but was still a good story. I did not read the first book in the series, but I wish I did because it seems like there was some things carried over from the last book. I think the investigation will carry over to the next book.
I have become a huge fan of Ainsley St Claire and through her ARC team I have been fortunate enough to read and review many of her books. The ARC for this book was provided by the author via BookSprout but the review is all my own thoughts. This one is a prime example of why I enjoy her writing so much. Honestly, I am not a fan of the Billionaire – Assistant love story trope, but with her writing of unique characters, I did not find the issues I normally do with these types of relationships. This is the story of Corrine, who is the assistant and gatekeeper for Jackson Graham, a tech alternative energy entrepreneur. When the book opens, Corrine and her best friend somewhat drowning her sorrows over the fact that her now ex-boyfriend broke up with her on the news by telling a reporter he is now dating a cheerleader. Since he is the quarterback of their city’s NFL team, it causes a bit of a stir and then Corrine begins to get some threatening packages and messages. This turns into her having a stalker. At the same time, Jackson begins to see Corrine as more than just his assistant and insists that she have protection from these new threats. This starts a relationship that has many challenges including he is her boss and his tremendous wealth. Of course, because he is a billionaire, he takes her to his new estate in Hawaii. It is an idyllic visit and they fall in love there, but this causes issues for Corrine. From this trip, she realizes that with her feelings for Jackson that Corrine can no longer work for him, so she tries to quit. Jackson does not want her to leave and tries to plan so she could stay with his firm. Due to the continuing stalker activity and the uncertainty in their relationship, Corrine goes to the estate to supervise the renovations and organize an upcoming event there. Unfortunately, that does not solve her stalker issue, and everything comes to its conclusion there in Hawaii. As the book ends, the event in Hawaii is a poker tournament which brings in secondary characters from the other books and series.
How is this my first book from Ainsley St. Claire? If Royally Flushed is any indication of how the rest of her books flow, then I have been missing way out! The writing is smart, witty and kept me engaged from the start.
I was pulling for Corrine from the onset. She was hard working. Honest. Dedicated. Tough but also let her vulnerabilities show. She had so much going on in her life but she put her nose down and did what had to be done. Until trouble landed at her desk. It opened the eyes of her boss, Jackson. Whew! That man was something. Brilliant. Generous. A bit aloof on some things but he had Corrine to keep his days in check.
Between the major work project, a stalker, and the house, they were up to their eyeballs in stress. And want. The moment Corrine was in danger, this switch flipped for Jackson and he really saw her for the first time and it brought out all of his protective instincts. The tension between these two has heady and thick. I kept waiting for that bubble to burst and when it did....it was dynamite! But always lurking, just waiting to stir up some trouble was this stalker that nobody couldn't get a beat on.
I will say that there were a handful of times I wanted to shake some sense into Corrine. She had a great man pouring his heart out to her. And she was so wishy-washy in her actions. But I digress...The build up to who was behind all the danger had me holding my breath. And when the big reveal came, HOLY CRAP did my jaw drop. It was intense and dramatic and just what Corrine and Jackson both needed to get on the same page.
From the mainland to Maui, Royally Flushed kept me on the edge of my e-reader. It was sexy and dangerous. Sharp and intense. I liked that while this book ended, Ainsley St. Claire, left Jackson and Corrine's story open. And NO it isn't a cliffhanger. So my fingers are crossed to see them again as this series continues.
Corrine is the level headed personal assistant of tech billionaire Jackson. She runs his life competently and efficiently. She handles his meetings, his schedule and fends off the women chasing him, and there are more than a few. When Corrine is suddenly placed in danger, Jackson comes to her aid. His history doesn't recommend him but he's surprised how much he wants to take care of her. Fast paced read with likable characters, visits from characters from previous books (although this is a stand alone) and true compatibility between the characters. If they can solve the mystery that is putting Corrine in danger's path, they might just find an HEA.
Corrine and her best friend, Gabby, kicked the Texas dust off their shoes and headed to California after graduation from UT. Now, settled into the pace, weather and cost of living in San Francisco, neither is interested in returning to Texas—especially since Gabby’s boyfriend, Damien, quit his job with Corrine’s dad’s law firm and has hung his shingle in the city where he could be close to Gabby.
And, Corrine got a job in her major—environmental science! Maybe not the job of her dreams, but working for a company, Soleil Energy, on the cutting edge of the eco energy field where she is the personal assistant to Jackson Graham. Her job is exciting—working with lawyers to draft the patent for her boss’ new energy saving idea, challenging—trying to keep her boss on schedule with his full day and often into the night meetings and conferences, but trying—sorting out the unending phone calls and text messages left by women offering themselves as dates, girlfriends, or wives for Corrine hot, brilliant billionaire boss.
But ironically, while Jackson is stalked and sought by seemingly every female under 40—single and married alike—it is Corrine who is plagued by the unwanted attentions of a jealous woman, receiving threats and “gifts” of a box of manure. Someone can’t accept that for a brief period of time, Corrine hung out with local celebrity, Bobby Saunders, quarterback of the San Francisco Goldminers. But surely, after being publicly dumped during an interview on TV, no one should envy Corrine!
Once more, author Ainsley St. Claire provides her readers with all their desires—a cleverly crafted plot with unexpected twists and turns, telling the stories of intelligent, compelling women engaged in realistic relationships with handsome, hot, passionate men who are respectful and supportive of the women in their orbit. What makes a St Claire novel such an engaging, powerful and emotional reading experience is her masterful plot construction, connecting the lives of interesting, realistic characters in contemporary events of social and cultural concern. Love is always the ultimate result, but as a reader, the experience is most enjoyable as St Claire lures the reader both intellectually and emotionally to consider the actions and choices individuals make, not just for themselves, but to help others. The novels always focus on really good people trying to make a difference in our world.
This novel is the second installment in the Tech Billionaires series, but each is able to be read as a standalone experience. Tech Billionaires is smart, energetic, and exciting series. And, in this novel as in the novels of her other series, we can get a taste of the next volume in the final pages of the romance. So, at the beginning, in the middle or at the end, don't be afraid to jump into a St. Claire series, the author always has you covered. Having had such a delectable taste, of this new series, I really want to taste more!

WOW! I've volunteered to review this book for United Indie Book Blog. This is my first time reading a book from Ainsley St.Claire. This is the second book in the Tech Billionaires series. This story is about Jackson and Corrine. Corrine works for Jackson as his assistant. Jackson is her boss but he is also a playboy and he works alot too. This book is a combination of sizzling chemistry and fatal attraction. When a stalker turns up Jackson takes notice of Corrine and the heat begins. Now he wants to protect her from the stalker. This story is one that you will not be disappointed you. It had me hooked into each page. I didn't want it to end. This is a MUST READ!!! I can't wait to read more from this author.
This is the second book in the Tech Billionaire series. Corinne works for Jackson as his executive assistant. Their relationship has always and has only ever been professional. But Corinne's personal life has spilled into the office. She has broken up with her boyfriend but things do not calm down, they escalate. Jackson steps up to help Corrine but the professional line begins to get blurry as the excitement continues through out the book. Great Read! Enjoy! Royally Flushed is the kind of book that you won’t want to put back down until you’re done with it!
If you loved House of Cards, you’re going to adore, love and want re-read this one as soon as you’re over, because you don’t want their story to end.
In one hand we have Corrine. She is smart, she is beautiful…and she was dumped on national TV by her boyfriend. No call, no text. On TV. So she is brokenhearted and humiliated. The situation only gets worse when the next day she gets a package with his ex’s jersey full off poop, warning her to stay away from him. Now she is brokenhearted and with a stalker that won’t leave her alone. She will have to face old scars from her past and see if she is strong enough to let the past go.
Then we have Jackson. He is Corrine’s boss and also a billionaire that owns a company that works with alternative energy. He is known to be a playboy and to date (in Corrine words) Barbies and flotation devices. He is a nice and handsome guy and he also is attracted to Corrine but he tries to ignore it. You’ll see how that works out.
One thing you’re going to love is the compatibility of Corrine and Jackson, their flirtation, the sassy moments, the teasing… All of it. You’re going to need more and soon!
The story has a stalker obsessed with Corrine and to top it all we have an ongoing investigation following the events of the finale of House of Cards and we’re going to see how that is playing at for all of the players involved in the tournament of cards hosted at the Shangri La.
With all the madness and the threats, Jackson is doing all that is in his power to protect Corrine and at the same time prove that he is the one for her.

Royally Flushed started out with a bang so I was buckling up for an exciting read, but somewhere along the way, my happy place got slowed down which had me scratching my head. Corrine was an amazing heroine, who worked for the sexy, rich Jackson, and their story started getting serious after a bomb threat, and kept going with her mysterious stalker who was definitely bringing out the twists that had me dropping f-bombs, but then it just kind of took a back seat to the story. Now, I get that Jackson & Corrine's relationship evolving would take center stage, but still, dangerous situations which started out crazy shouldn't just become only a slight irritant after coming out of the gate strong. Anyway, I did love these two once I got past a few things, as they definitely had chemistry in spades so watching then navigate their way through the sudden onslaught was fun. I don't want to get into more detail, as you just need to decide for yourselves by hitting those one click buttons! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
ONE TITILLATING EXPERIENCE!!! Ah snap! Ainsley rocks this gem from the start, delivering one heart pounding, pulse racing, adrenaline pumping, page flipping bombshell, displaying a brilliantly composed piece of perfection, spinning this thrilling storyline and gripping plot, fusing this baby together sleek, shiny and tight. A multitude full of intimidating trials and challenging tribulations, exhibiting explosive ups and agonizing downs, putting our characters through their paces, testing them in ways they could have never anticipated. Anarchy, escapades and havoc run amuck, blowing this jewel into a churning tempest, bursting it into a hissy with an life-altering culmination. A tumultuous whirlwind of quirky mishaps and enticing circumstances, thrusts this baby into overdrive, revving it up and catapulting this jewel to staggering heights. Braided, coiled and combined, displaying the explosive ups and agonizing downs, grounding in it's strength and awe inspiring in it's depth. The attraction and chemistry sizzles, alluring and mesmerizing, binding them to one another perfectly. The characters, banter, interactions, charged atmosphere along with relatable qualities and individual traits, blend and flow, transforming into genuinely approachable personalities. The scenes are written with such realism, impressive passion, imagination and unique insight, blasts this sparkling jewel wide open, making the storyline pop. Amazing job Ainsley, thanks for sharing this treasure with us.
Ainsley St. Claire has done it again! This is the second book in the series "Tech Billionaires". For anyone not familiair with Ainsley St. Claire, she also wrote the 9 book series "Billionaire Venture Capitalist". After so many awesome books, I honestly wondered if she would run out of steam and ideas. Boy was I wrong! This story was just as great as the others. Someone is out to get Corinne and Jackson isn't having any of it. After several serious threats, Jackson realizes it's time to remove Corinne from potential trouble. As the trouble escalades, so does the romance. St. Calire does such a great job writing a romance story while keeping you guessing who the "bad guy" is and "what will happen next?" She has a unique way of wrapping romance, intrigue, and humor into one story. And, of course, the series would not be complete without the big poker game. I loved the way the winner of the game segues into the next book in the series. I would also like to give a hats off to the editor. I get so annoyed when I'm reading a good story that is so full of editing errors that I eventually have to put it down! Not with this book. Jessica Royer Ocken... way to go! I would definitely recomemnd this book!
I received a free copy of this book from the author.
This is the second book in the Tech Billionaire series. You can read it as a stand alone. The main character focus is on Jackson and Corinne though most of the characters from book one are included at some point during this book.
Jackson is the owner of Soleil Energy - a green energy start-up. Corinne is his assistant. She's extremely efficient and keeps Jackson on his toes in the office. Neither looked at the other as a romantic option until that changes one crappy day.
When I say crappy I mean it literally. A stalker has revealed themselves to Corinne and Jackson is worried about her safety. This would change their relationship forever.
While there's the story of the stalker there's also the budding love story between Jackson and Corinne. Their ride is not a smooth one. There's plenty of bumps and misunderstandings. Mostly on Corinne's part. She keeps her heart buckled up tight!
Overall this story is a good one. I enjoyed the characters. It was easy to figure out the stalker and Corinne drove me crazy sometimes with her unwillingness to see Jackson for who he is in their present. I think you'll enjoy this read.

This is the story of Jackson and Corinne. It is the 2nd in the series but it easily stands alone. I did not love the first book in the series, it was a little too much for me but this story was perfect and so much fun and I am glad to see the author getting back to what really works with some intrigue thrown in.
Jackson is the CEO in this story. He also plays poker with some of the characters from other books and the characters from the first book. Corrine is his assistant and she is dating this football player who has just broken up with her on TV in an interview. She is pissed off when she gets a nasty package at work. The entire company is sent downstairs because they think its a bomb threat.
She is thinking this will get her fired but instead it opens Jacksons eyes to how beautfiul she is and how much he wants her. Instead he gets her security and he is there for her. These two work beautifully together and this is an awesome at work romance between two awesome characters. I am looking forward to the next book in the series.
I have been waiting for this book to come out. Glad there was part about Cecelia’s death but no mention of who killed her.I’.m hoping it’s reveled in the next book the killer. I’m going with Jennifer. I enjoyed reading the story of Corrine and Jackson. They both were fighting their feelings for each other for over a year. Glad they found each other and worked everything out.even though it was with a crazy lady named Jennifer interfering. Corrine was Jackson’s admin person Who kept his schedule and made sure he went to meets and returned phone calls. Jackson was a player until he and Corrine hooked up. Jackson fell in love with Corrine and both too scared to admit it till the end.
Next book 4 should be about Gabby and Damien and their wedding. I think that Jackson and Corrine should have a double wedding at the estate in Hawaii.

This is the second book of this series and this is another 5 stars! Corinne is Jackson's very efficient assistant and she does everything for him. One day after an emotional breakup with her boyfriend, she is being stalked. Jackson then becomes very protective of his little assistant. However, she knows what is life if all about and is not a willing participant. It is a page turned that will keep you entertained from the first to the last page.

Enjoying Love And Support Together: By Korkoi - Wow! This book is a combination of sizzling chemistry and fatal attraction, that takes you through so many emotions, you will need to eat a tub of ice cream to cool down after reading it. Jackson is the quintessential workaholic playboy, who only has short-term relationships. Corrine is not just his assistant, but is really his right hand woman, who has to be the wall between Jackson and everyone else. Unfortunately, her life is thrown into chaos because of her dating life and this subsequently impacts her professional life.
This story is one that you will not be disappointed once you finish reading it, as the sexual encounters are panty melting, the twists in the plot will keep you on the edge of your seat and the storyline is so captivating, it will leave wanting more.
I received an ARC of this book from Booksprout and I am voluntarily leaving a review.
Corrine and Jackson have been working together for a year. In that year he’s dated more women than she can count. She should know, she’s had to field their calls when he’s through with them. She’s dated the quarterback from the local team, but he’s broken up with her on the news of all places and she’s keeping her head down. Until she receives a disgusting package, one that Jackson and his security team think is a threat to her.
Corinne is the best PA Jackson’s ever had, but that’s all she’s been to him until she get the package. Now he sees her in a new light and he likes what he sees. If only he could convince her that she’s it for him, and catch the person that’s been threatening her.
Oh man. Where do I even start. I was worried this book wouldn’t be as good as the first in the series. I’m so glad I was wrong. It seems this series will be amazing the entire way through. This book is about Jonathan and Corrine. Corrine is amazing. She is a strong, independent woman who never wants to rely on anyone thanks to her father and past. Jonathan realizes he wants her a year after she started working for him. Corrine also ends up with a stalker. I was able to guess who it was but it was still written in a way that I wasn’t disappointed I was able to guess. There were still things that surprised me. And of course it ends in a HEA. I can’t wait to see who’s in the next book!

This story had great potential. The basis for the storyline was great. Sadly, it fell flat for me and jumped around a bit.
Corrine is the best administrative assistant there is. She has been an extension of Jackson. But when strange things start to happen to Corrine, Jackson is there to help her instead of the other way around.
Lines get crossed but outside forces are determined to keep them apart. First and foremost Jackson wants to find the person threatening Corrine and keep her safe. Corrine is confused by their budding relationship.
