Great little synopsis of lots of powerful ideas, and got me started on a big adventure of reading and rethinking the way I was organizing my life. I picked it up because it was a "50 minute version" on an audio book, so I was able to listen to it in a day or so. I really have to credit this book with getting me started with reading regularly again, too. Now I am so happy that I don't feel like I'm too busy to read.
