Common knowledge content. There wasn’t much in this book that I hadn’t read in other leadership books. many phrases and references I’ve read and/or seen on the internet. Chapter 14 was unbearable with the author expressing her dissatisfaction with LinkedIn. This book was not what I expected! All the hype was for nothing.

The future workplace will be comprised of robots, VR tools, and AI hiring strategies

Yet budgets, processes and schedules require management and employees need leadership. Brigette Hyacinth’s Leading the Workforce of the Future reads like a manifesto for putting the Human back in Human Resources. While Hyacinth isn’t an advocate for situational ethics in the workplace; as a respected leader, she possesses a remarkable situational fluency concerning practically every topic under the sun related to running a thriving enterprise. Have you ever interviewed for a position with a manager that could go mindblowingly wide and deep with their expertise? Reading this book is like that. Part futurist, part Peter Drucker, part humanitarian, part motivator, Leading the Workforce of the Future is so much more than the sum of its parts. I’ve recently utilized some of the wisdom that I’ve gained from this book, and suspect that you will as well. Ms. Hyacinth is an inspiration.

Bridgette hit the head of the nail. Since being diagnosed with Mutiple Myeloma cancer in March 2020, I have had plenty of time to read and having Brigette's book to read was a great help to reaffirm my leadership convictions. I encourage all who care about any current day crisis to read this book. Brigette's premise will give the reader hope for the future.

Bridgette hit the nail squarely on the head. Since being diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma cancer in March 2020, I have had to change some perspectives on life, but Brigette's outlook/view on leadership have only helped to solidify my own convictions about leadership. The book is well written and the topic is

Having spent over 8 years serving in the Royal Marines as an Officer, I have acquired a natural interest in studying leadership. This book is absolutely fantastic in drawing out the core functions of a humanistic / people approach to leadership - which is fundamental in the military and business alike. It then goes a step further drawing comparisons between technology and humanity. I highly recommend "Leading the Workforce of the Future" to anyone and everyone who is willing to challenge their idea of leadership in the pursuit of self development.

Loved the practical advice in this book! Having left a toxic work culture myself, I resonated with a lot that was expressed. The reason I’m giving four stars is that there were a good number of grammatical / layout errors that at times were distracting. Great content though.
