1.5⭐️ Well that was severely disappointing. Yes it had smut and was pretty spicy 🌶🌶🌶 but the character development and growth of romantic relationship was absolutely horrible and threw off everything. I think people really only liked this bc it has a lot of bdsm, even though it was done poorly bc Draco wasn’t an actual educated Dom (more on that later).
Hermione was very prideful to the point of making prejudiced mistakes which is very uncharacteristic of her especially as an adult post war, and Draco still seems like an adult semi-bully but yet has the wherewithal to be apologetic of the past at the same time. It’s so hot and cold that it didn’t make sense.
I also didn’t like that all of a sudden Draco becomes a Dom to fulfill a fantasy for Hermione. I didn’t think that made sense at all. He really seems to hate her so why become that for her? Why is Draco doing this all for her? We know why Hermione is interested sexually but not him. Also some of the bdsm scenes were just bad etiquette- why? Probably bc he wasn’t an actual Dom he was fumbling through it but we don’t really understand that until we read the authors note after the chapter.
The leap into romance from hate sex was so jarring, I cringed. How does Hermione go from enraged by him, annoyed and always upset with him- to “falling for him” so completely out of the blue? Ick.

This story was well written and I enjoyed it very much. At first I was nervous because of the tags but it’s explained and it made sense. It’s not for everyone but I enjoyed the story and in the end it is HEA.

I read a comment from the fic that says Draco is a Dom in the streets and Sub in the sheets! Perfectly sums it up. The author did a fantastic job describing their BDSM role and cleared up so much confusion.

Another Dramione fanfic.
The title makes it obvious but if you were wondering there is sex and occlumency, though there’s a lot more sex than occlumency.
It is unclear how many years have passed after the war, or maybe I don’t remember. Harry is an auror, Hermione works in the ministry, and Draco is a philanthropist of sorts.
There is little mention of anyone else, but one thing for sure is clear: Ron is a piece of work.
The whole idea behind this fic is that Hermione is always in control, but she wants to not be in control sometimes. She’s also struggling with PTSD and can’t control her emotions. She hires a secret sexual service to enact her fantasy, but the one who shows up to help is Draco.
And before you think it, no, he is not a sexual worker, but I won’t say how he found out because… spoilers.
One thing that impressed me is how the BDSM is written. I’ve never been a fan of books with this topic, it usually makes me pass the book and not read it. I guess it was not something I was interested in, or more like the books I’ve read treat BDSM as a kink and nothing more. It never made sense to me.

two…narcissa. i hate that in the epilogue it says she was disapproving. i hate a narcissa that continually hates muggle borns.
three? ummmm lemme think. it’s on the tip of my tounge, or mind, or whatever. oh! yes yes yes! okay. so i very much disliked how much sex was a part of their relationship? does that make sense? like yes it started with sex, which is a trope i love. but like when they were just hanging out and while they’re fucking draco says i’ve been waiting for this all day? like bitchhhhh? why didn’t you say that earlier when you were cuddling with hermione or some shit? was sex the only think you were waiting for?!?!
overall though i love draco in this fic and i love how different (?) this hermione is? never seen her deal with her trama this way and i like that it was her dealing with her trama rather than draco. read this!!!!!

Harry Potter fan fiction that explores Hermoine and Draco's relationship following the war. Hermoine suffers from PTSD from her torture at the hands of Dracos's aunt, Bellatrix. She finds the only way she can cope is by surrendering her control. Draco is the only one who allows her to do so. This is also a story of Draco's redemption as he tries to put his past behind him and move forward.
Hermoine and Dracos' relationship is complex and filled with angst, passion and steamy sex. It felt true to the characters and is a surprisingly warm and tender story of 2 people who find love and acceptance.
5 stars! i have read this again and again and am looking forward to more from this author, who is very sensitive to the trigger warnings in the book and each chapter is thoughtfully preceded by the trigger warnings.

The banter was amazing, so funny. Draco is actually hysterical and completely in character. I actually could see this happening in Canon just because the characters were very true to their book selves.
Easiest 4.5 ever. Would have been a 5 if it was longer, I feel. The first half and the second half of their relationship were so tonally different that I think more interactions in the middle would have made it more complete. They basically went from despising each other and BDSM to adorable fluffy banter seemingly over a few intershort period of time. But alas, I loved both parts and can recommend this to anyone.

This was AMAZING!
I was finally convinced to try Dramione fanfic and I’m not sure what I expected but it wasn’t this absolutely fantastic story! Seriously, I cannot get over how good this was. I loved it. Everything about it.
This was my first HP fanfic, and my first fanfic in general, and I was not at all disappointed (though this might be hard to live up to).
10/10 recommend. All the stars. Sadly goodreads limits me to only 5⭐️

Wow, I sure didn't read the TW for this story, so I was a bit surprised at its opening content. Besides this being a bit disturbing in the beginning, it does set up some nice enemies to lovers vibes. Plus, it had many of my favorite Dramione tropes: Ron being an idiot, Draco being a Dom in the sheets but a secret cinnamon roll just for Hermione, and control-freak Hermione just needing to sub out for a while. 3.5✨

I debated on whether or not to put this one on my goodreads buts alas I am too greedy and want it to count towards my reading goal. The problem I had with this fan fic was that it was too short. I could read 1000 pages more.

What's not to love about this fic really? The smut is 10/10, i know dub con can put out many readers and CNC is NOT for everyone but it certainly does it for me and the tags warn u fairly enough. The writing style is good and holds your attention easily, the trope with Hermione's panic attacks feels a lil forced in there but eh not something so important, the ending was a tad too corny

Loved this. I’ve read Manacled followed by Apple Pies and Other Amends and wanted something dirtier again. This book did it! Wasn’t sure how this was going to play out but it was perfection. Smut with emotion. Loved it just for sheer enjoyment. Butterflies when they started realizing their feelings and smut was hot.

2.6/5. Not much plot, but lots of smut. Depends on what you’re looking for, honestly. I felt that there wasn’t enough emotional build-up and things just kinda escalated oddly from the sex. If you can overlook OOC, and you’re only here for the smut, go for it.
