Basic introduction but very true.
Suitable for folks who's making the move from a specialist aka Expertise based Leader to a "Spanning" leader. Where you can form alliances, build tribes and inspire to get outcome desired.
The brutal truth is that the world is not rational and logic does not prevail in large enterprises.

Really interesting non typical leadership book. I think this book is good for those looking for their next leadership position not up the chain of their current job. It offers an outline for handling people and relationships as well.

I was really over this book when she was walking through how to have a conversation with a person.... the end was a bit more practical. Wouldn’t recommend it.
