Wild Fury: A exciting crime story with lots of action.
This13th book in Tripp Ellis' Jason Wild series has plenty of fire fights with the bad guys and good detective work by Jason and his sidekick, J D, but there is entirely too much of the story devoted to the Rock and Roll heavy metal band and JD's rock star performance. Writer Ellis must be trying to appeal to a different audience for his books.

Redundant
I have read many of Mr. Ellis novels, but this one fell short of his normal ability to create a plot that keeps the interest of the reader. Just not up to his level of writting

Music to my ears
Hey, what a trip. JD and hidden musical talents leads him and Tyson to LA and back. It takes a while to unravel all this but how interesting can you get. Tripp has a great writing style, one you can get use to quickly. Enjoy the read. I did.

A “Wild” Biik
Always fun to read these books. The combination of action, humor and comradeship between Tyson and JD continue to make for an enjoyable read. It’s not Shakespeare or Hemingway, but it is never boring, nor does it take itself too seriously.

Binge Reading the Series
Started at number 35 and went back to number 1. I'm starting number 14 and going strong, averaging 3 a day. Love the series and I'll keep at it until I get to the end.

Bad guys, good guys, sex, drugs, and rock ‘n roll. JD joins a band and Tyson works a Hollywood deal. They also solve a crime or two. A great story.
