Writing has been her main focus throughout her life. With a degree from RIT in the arts, very frequently her novels are interspersed with her own illustrations!
She is also a supporter and volunteer of the Rutland County Humane Society where she worked in Animal Care for 9 years.
A portion of the profits from her books are continually donated to this organization.
She is a member of the Speculative Literature Society and the Independent Publishers of New England. She recently won an 'Indie' award for 'The Legend of Now: Wingless' together with the author.
She is currently working on a YA fantasy with Vermont as its setting.
