Чудовий посібник для розвитку навичок ДПТ (емоційної регуляції, стресостійкості, усвідомленості, міжособистісної взаємодії), як для самостійної роботи, так і для роботи психотерапевтів. Підійте найбільше тим, в кого РХП (тут фокус на булімії, але підійде всім), ОКР чи думки про самогубство (власне дпт розробили для допомоги тим, хто думає про суїцид/мав невдалі спроби). Не ставлю п'ять, тому що психотерапія трохи вже поїхала вперед, а тут є методи/поради, які не зовсім адекватні вже. Наприклад, є поради, які можуть нашкодити людям з аутизмом, а так як в жінок рхп і аутизм вкрай коморбідні, то частково викладені тут речі щодо розвитку усвідомленості навпаки посилять в людей з аутизмом бажання самовбитись і тп. Читати варто з розумінням цих обмежень.
