Angela K. Ryan is the author of the Sapphire Beach Cozy Mystery Series, the Seaside Ice Cream Shop Mysteries, and the Cape Cod Cozy Mysteries. She writes clean, feel-good cozies for readers who love humor, lots of twists and turns, and happy-dance endings.

When she is not writing, Angela enjoys the outdoors, especially kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, snowshoeing, and skiing. She lives in Massachusetts and loves all four of the New England seasons, but she looks forward to regular escapes to the white, sandy beaches of southwest Florida, where her mother resides.

It is fitting that Angela’s series take place in fictitious seaside towns in Massachusetts and Florida. These small towns would be idyllic if it weren’t for all the bodies that keep turning up!

Angela dreams of one day owning a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel like the sweet pup in her Sapphire Beach Series, but she isn’t home enough to take care of one. So, for now, lives vicariously through one of her main characters, Connie.

Good

The story was again a good read. Following Connie as she settles in at her new jewelry store. Good friends, new friends at a jewelry making classes. A murder, and finding the person responsible. My only criticism is that the first book was a nice read at over 230 pages. The second And third are no more then 125. These should be novellas, and priced accordingly. Since I have KU I didn't mind .But if I had to purchase i would not have read books 2&3

Jewelry Making Class Gone Awry!
The summer season is in full swing and Connie is looking for ways to increase foot traffic in her jewelry store. She opens it up for her first jewelry making class, but of course things don't go as planned. When a body pops up on the pier and the case is tied to the class and its participants, Connie decides the only way to prevent this from ruining her business is to uncover the killer and bring closure to the class and the case. I really enjoy this series and this book lived up to all my expectations.

Keeping the faith in your dreams.

Connie is having her first jewelry making class at Just Jewelry with a mix of friends and people from the Florida Sands English Department and a couple of people from Palm Paradise condo. Everything seems to have gone smoothly till the next morning when a body is found under the pier with her pliers as the murder weapnon.

Still one of my new favorite cozy series! I love that there is so much time spent in the jewelry store. We get to see the characters in their elements, not just walking around interviewing people. I love the subtle faith undertones, and that the characters are moving slowly with their romantic relationship.

A little cliche

I have been enjoying the first 3 books.
I like the "Cozy Mysterys" as a mental diversion to some of the serious books I also enjoy 😎
