Full of beans!

This book was okay. I expected it to be bigger and a bit more expansive. The author is based in AZ so she focused a lot on beans grown in that region and recipes from that region (totally fine). It was just a bit less global in scope than I expected. It also was a lot of random fact, random fact about beans and didn’t quite get into it as much as I expected. Ok for what it was. A very slim little book.

Concise review with Arizona restaurant recipes from around the world but rue is poisonous and I don't understand why I keep reading cookbooks that suggest eating poison like rue.
