About the author

Sammie J loves to read, and through her own dreams, her stories have started to take form. She finally decided to write things down when her dreams kept repeating every night, and she hasn’t stopped since.
She finds time to write while also being a stay-at-home mum to four children, who love to help her choose names for her characters. Her biggest supporter is her husband, who will talk to her about her stories, and he isn’t shy about giving her criticism.
Sammie J likes to think she has a wicked sense of humour, and she hopes it comes through in her books to her readers. If she can make you laugh, then her job is done, and she feels complete.

REVIEW
This author never fails to amaze me with her stories.
I have read all of her stories and I by far think this is my very favorite.
This book gives us anger, hurt, and those who don't know how to accept others for what they are. Nona has had enough and just wants to love and be loved. However before that can happen she ends up being the doppelganger for one more, and that one more may cost her more than her life.
We get paranormal, and so much more in this story...
Loved it!!

Nona is looking for something but is not sure what. When she meets Marcus a vampire that wants her help, she finds what was missing in her life. Every character in this story is dealing with some kind of problem whether it is from wanting to be accepted for who they really are to just wanting to be liked and have true friendships. I really enjoyed that this book dealt with issues going on in our society today.

Once again Sammie J has delivered a fantastic book. The story had me hooked from the start, the first few chapters introduced an intriguing new paranormal world. I loved Nona, her humour and bluntness.
