While this book is loaded with great photos of classic paintings, it contains almost zero text. Each painting has the brief description translated into 6 languages. The book has no preface, no logical order. Every now-and-then, a painting on the left will have a section zoomed in on the right. Why?

This looks like an unfinished project. I enjoyed the paintings, but wanted/expected much more.
