This book will help you realize that it’s not all about taking actions to change your life. It’s important to look at how you think about things and what your true beliefs are. Ian does a great job of breaking down what it takes to make real changes in your life. Changes that will get you moving toward what it is you trusty want. What you want in business, in relationships and in your day to day life. Ian did it for himself and that’s makes him an excellent teacher of the TBAR method. A method that I have adopted for my own life and I am working daily to make sure I follow this method.
