Amy DeMeritt is an author of Sapphic romance and an occasional poet. She is a lover of the arts, coffee and tea, a day of sitting on the beach watching the waves crashing against the shore, and good books and music to get lost in. (A good thunderstorm is one of her favorite forms of music.)

Amy takes inspiration from every experience in life and gives her imagination full reign to take a small detail and expand it into an intricate tale. Weaving experience, interests, and even pushing the boundaries of personal comfort, Amy’s stories take a reader on a journey of varying emotions and the joys and trials of love, romance, and growing as an individual, all of which are embodied in an entertaining plot with complex characters.

A fanfreakingtastic novella about a hotter than hot top and her lovingly submissive bottom.

Sandy Applegate has college loans to repay and her career as a writer just doesn't get the job done. Her new lease on life comes from working as an executive assistant to Paige Matthews at a high powered financial investment company. Paige has earned millions and a reputation for cycling through her assistants. Sandy pings all the right buttons for her nearly impossible to please boss. The simmering attraction between them quickly starts to boil since their employers don't prohibit personal relationships in the workplace.

Sandy's Offer explores a kink relationship, but more importantly it is a wonderful lesbian romance. Sandy has been searching for a partner like Paige for the last six of her twenty-four years. It's her offer that takes them from a business to a pleasure relationship. Paige may be an idealized version of a nearly perfect and successful top, but she needs everything that Sandy courageously wants to give her. The dynamic between these characters is gorgeous. When love finds a way to bring out the best that someone has to offer, what could possibly be any better. This novel is short so I'd have enjoyed several hundred more pages, but these characters come alive so brilliantly that despite its shortness it was so very sweet and so very hot.

Hot!

Amy DeMeritt creates love, passion and chemistry. This is her most passionate one that I have read. Like all her other books, you believe that this couple will last beyond the pages. No angst in this one. Both Sandy and Paige help each other to grow. Definitely worth a reread in the future.

Boss & assistant & a lil BDSM

When the perfectionist executive & her newly hired submissive assistant first meet, the attraction, interest & desire are already there—right along with the age gap, status difference & inappropriate relationship. But, what's that matter in this short, mostly sexual rather than romance driven book that was light on depth, but definitely interesting.

Enjoy reading your work

I have read most of your work and I enjoyed them all. I enjoyed the Dancing Wolves series and it seems to me that all the stories I have read appears to end with a chance to turn them into series. I do look forward to continue to read your work and for future writings.

4 stars. A very sexy and low angst office romance. Boss/employee romances are my weakness and they’re made even better when you throw in some BDSM on top for a little razzle dazzle. Paige hires Sandy as her assistant and from the very beginning there was some hot tension between them. Sandy is very submissive and Paige is a dominant woman so they gravitated towards each other and I loved it. I liked them both as individuals and their romance was lovely. They communicated with each other and handled things like adults which I always appreciate and the sex scenes were hot plentiful. I’m pretty sure this was my first book by this author but I’ll definitely be checking out more because I really enjoyed this.

There's an immediate attraction when Sandy is hired as Paige's assistant. Sandy is 24 and Paige, a successful executive, is 38. In very little time, the two begin a sexual relationship, with Sandy as a submissive. There's not much more to the plot. It's basically the unfolding of this sexual and emotional relationship, with a lot of BDSM as well as some vanilla sex scenes thrown in. It has a high heat factor, but not much tension in the plot.

Excitingly Good!

I don’t know why but I felt this story pull me in from the first chapter. I had read The Iron Horse and thought I would try another book from this writer. All kidding aside, I loved this story. The chemistry between Paige and Sandy was straight up hot. This is one fantasy story all of us would love to live. Good Job Amy Demeritt.

Excellent!

This is a very well written book about an age gap romance between Sandy and Paige. The characters are well developed and the storyline flows easily from the pages. I found myself unable to put the book down until the last word was read. Amy DeMeritt continues to pen wonderful works of word art for your must read list.
