The last book of this series...sad to finish it because there is so much more that could happen. There's supposed to be a spin off Washington chapter coming out and I look forward to reading them.
Vlad...yes that very same Vlad you have heard about in history. He was the first vampire and still going strong. If you have read the others before this then you know how his brother is not redeemable anymore. He is out of control and Vlad must put him down. Seems easier said than done.
Janelle works for the DEA and working a case of cartel men who were found with their throats torn out. Vlad tries to get her to close the case but she has a few surprises of her own.
A lot of loose ends that needs to be tied up in this book and give Vlad his story.

Attraction, longing, murder, heartache, loss of friends,brothers (by choice not blood), sweet revenge and most of all admitting the truth to oneself. These are just some of the things that you will find when you read Vlad by Patrica Rasey in her book Vlad.
Vlad Tepes is on the hunt for his brother to try and end his way of recking death to every human being. During this hunt he runs across Special Agent Janelle Ferrari and finds out that he is attracted to her.
The interaction between the two will no doubt keep you so locked into this book that you will not be able to put it down.
Also the lost of the those who die will make you want to find Mircea (Vlad's brother) and kill him also.
I so thoroughly enjoyed this book.

I was part of the advanced reading group on this and just need to say ,” I Loved this book.”
It is part of a must read series but they can be read as stand alone and out of order.
I had been waiting for this story and just loved Vlad. I read this in one sitting 😁just could not put it down.
The characters and storyline will have you on the edge of your seat. I would suggest this book and series to anyone who likes a a good read.

Sigh..... Vlad.... the big grumpy teddy bear.
I liked seeing that he has a heart that can beat not just for his family , but for his mate.
I had previously been quite mad at his stupidity to not just kill his evil brother, locking him up was never going to work, so now he started killing humans its time to end him, I did feel this story line finished a little easy, there needed to be more of a battle, Yes yes, I am bloody thirsty .... ( see what I did there).
Towards the end its clear you get insights into the next series, why Adrianna went back to Mateo, I guess we will have to wait and see.
I do love these characters, another birth and a little view of the kids thru the story kept you up to speed with the other characters lives.
If you love Sons, you will love Vlad, go read it

Brilliant
Sweet baby Jesus 🔥🔥🔥 I was so looking forward to reading Vlads story and I was hooked from the get go. Vlad certainly didn't disappoint he came in with all the Alpha Bossy hotness I love and then some.
The chemistry between Vlad and Janelle was off the charts from the very beginning I loved her sass and her willingness to do her job to always get to the truth . Try as she might to hold her growing feelings for the man who could bring her to her knee's her heart won out in the end . Vlad was bound and determined not to get Janelle mixed up in his life but his brother Mircea had other ideas and was hell bent on making Vlad's life a living hell . Bent on revenge for deeds he feels wronged by him Mircea wanted Vlads head and those of his kin . Caught in the cross hairs of a family war jennelle is kidnapped by the crazed brother but can Vlad get to her in time. ?
I'm so looking forward to the spin off series I believe Diablo is the first book in the Washington chapter of the Sons of Sangue MC series .

Now I’m not completely sure when I was first introduced to Vlad. Big Sis Sagericen told me about the series and it feels like years I’ve been waiting for this character to have his own book… maybe it’s been 3 years but that can feel like forever when your favorite author has been teasing you with a Book Boyfriend. Lol
Vlad Tepes is the oldest living vampire in the Sons of Sangue series and in my opinion the bestest Vamp. He just wants to sit on his private island and mind his business but his Douchy Boots Little Brother Micrea is acting a fool killing humans and trying to kill Vlad’s Great Grandsons Kane aka Viper and Kaleb aka Hawk, the leaders of the SoS Vamp MC. Siblings can be a pain in the ass sometimes… this is the 8th book in the series and Micrea has been acting a fool for pretty much the entire series in my opinion now Vlad must find and eliminate the threat to his bloodline and keep Janelle the Special Agent he’s trying to pretend he’s not falling for safe from his psychotic, vengeful brother. Will Vlad be able to keep his lady and his family safe??? I’m not a spoiler so I’ll never tell… you’re just going to have to read it for yourself and see why I fell so hard for the Original Tepes. I will say I had a few jealous moments and maybe I cursed out Janelle for having some extra steamy moments with my man but all is forgiven. If your looking for a good book to curl up with and a new Book Boyfriend I highly recommend Vlad and the entire Sons of Sangue Series. You can find the first 7 books on Kindle Unlimited if you want to get through the entire series before Monday’s release date.

I have read this whole series and have been waiting for Vlad’s book. Not just because it is Vlad... like the Vlad! Since he made his first appearance I was like I need his book. It seems like I waited forever. But I have read it and wow!
So I don’t give away spoilers but let me tell you this book was amazing I read it in one sitting. Vlad and Janelle’s chemistry is palpable. The back and forth between these two is so entertaining. I love books where the female lead is strong and not afraid to speak her mind. If you are looking for a great series Sons of Sangue, by Patricia A. Rasey is a must read. But this book by far was my favorite.
If you love Vampires, action, hot steamy love, and seeing a big bad Vamp falling look no further!

OMG!!! Patricia A Rasey has done it again!!! I LOVEDDDDDDDD this book! Vlad and Janelle were on point! We had of course our favorite twins Kane aka Viper and Kaleb aka Hawk here too...they are searching for Vlad’s brother Mercea. He has done some bad things. He wants revenge on Vlad for killing his Rosalie...so the hunt begins...will they find him?? Will they end him??? There are twists and turns in this one...very good Vlad is....WOW

Vlad was well worth the wait. He was everything and more than I expected. Janelle is the perfect mate for Vlad. This book had everything. You hit steamy parts, the fights I love. The family feel where almost everyone from the past books where in this one. I just love this series. It’s so much fun to read and get lost in.

The "Sons of Sangue" is one of my favorite series that I recommend to all readers, especially those who love vampires and motorcycle clubs. I have waited for Vlad's book since he was first introduced in the series, and his story didn't disappoint. I found it wonderful and loved his and Janelle's chemistry and their journey to love. It was great revisiting the club members and their mates too.

Vlad is arrogant, self assured and has the power to back up anything he wants to do. Being the oldest, would you expect any less. Towering tall, sexy as dream, the stuff of nightmares to some and the epitome of sin to others. Vlad is like a mystery and fantasy wrapped. With more layers than I could have seen coming, Vlad’s at the boiling point with anger and overwhelmed with feeling he shut off centuries ago. Who’s getting under his skin more the brother he’s after or the special agent that he can’t shake from his thoughts.
Janelle is as tough as they come, persistent to the point of annoyance and puts her life on the line for others know one day she may never come home. Janelle's gift allows her to see more than what is in the box. When the mystery of Vlad Tepes walks into her life, things start to change. Janelle’s world is changing before her very eyes. Her body betrays her mind, while trying to hunt down a killer she can’t begin to comprehend. Janelle has just the spunk and sass to make an ancient vampire fall to his knees.
Holy flippin’ hotness! Vlad, the eighth book of the Sons of Sangue series is my first 5 Star read of the year. It’s no secret that I have been waiting years for Vlad’s book. The mystery of a man that commands attention even if his name is just mentioned on the page. Vlad’s layers were deeper than expected yet made his character even more if that possible. Janelle was the perfect match for him. She stood up Vlad, proving she's just as tenacious as he is. Their chemistry was off the charts hot, yet intimate and passionate. They balance each other in a way that was like a breath of freshest air. Ms. Rasey sends readers once again for a high intensity, action packed adventure of the hotness kind.

This is the first book I have read in this series, although I own several of them that I plan to read soon. I am sure it would have been better if I had read some of the earlier books in the series before I read this one, but it didn’t affect my understanding of what was going on in this one other than I didn’t know who all the people, er vampires, were. No biggie.

him Grandpa. He is in town to find his brother and kill him. Yep, dysfunctional families happen
everywhere but in this case Vlad has a good reason. Mircea is killing humans and leaving them to be
found with bite marks on their necks. Not good for a race that is trying to stay hidden from the humans. Vlad finds himself drawn to the DEA agent who is investigating the case because the original victims were cartel members.
Janelle is not sure what to make of this man who keeps appearing in her erotic dreams. Vlad seems to
have power over things like security cameras and can somehow get people to do whatever he wants
them to do. Except for her. His little parlor tricks don’t work on her. She is determined to get to the
bottom of these mysterious deaths and Vlad Tepes is not going to get in her way. Maybe. Until he feeds from her during sex and she finds out about a world that she never wanted to know about. Now Vlad and the Sons of Sangue make more sense, and less. It’s great when a woman can bring a man to his knees, or in this case, a vampire, and not just any vampire – the oldest living vampire, sexy Vlad Tepes. Book 8 in the Sons of Sangue vampire bikers series did not disappoint. Vlad, as we all know, is grandfather to Kane and Kaleb Tepes of the Sons of Sangue Motorcycle Club and owners of K&K Cycles. But in a previous book, Vlad made a grievous mistake – thinking he could reform his brother Mircea; he was so wrong. Mircea’s killing spree has caused Vlad to cross paths with DEA Special Agent Janelle Ferrari, and boy do the sparks fly with these two. Not to mention the back and forth witty commentary between the two of them, which is priceless. Of course, nothing worth fighting for ever comes easy, as you’ll read in the chapters, while we also revisit all of the members of the Sons of Sangue, who always have each other’s backs, which includes Vlad. If you’re already a fan of the Sons, you will definitely fall in love with Vlad and Janelle. If you haven’t read the Sons yet, get started. It’s truly a vampire lover’s treat.

Being the King is complicated
Patricia didn't disappoint with Vlad's book fans of this series have waited along time for it. It's amazing!
Vlad has been alive for 500 years he has done horrendous things. He prefers to live on his island away from humans so having to track down his brother in Oregon is really cramping his style. There is another complication with being in Eugene though and is comes is a beautiful and sassy package by the name of Janelle. He is drawn towards her like no other.

Patricia didn't disappoint with Vlad's book fans of this series have waited along time for it. It's amazing!
Vlad has been alive for 500 years he has done horrendous things. He prefers to live on his island away from humans so having to track down his brother in Oregon is really cramping his style. There is another complication with being in Eugene though and is comes is a beautiful and sassy package by the name of Janelle. He is drawn towards her like no other.

Patricia Rasey has once again written a fantastic new Sons of Sangue novel that really knocked my socks off.
The story of Vlad, one of the original primordials has all the elements I love in a great paranormal romance! Vlad and Janelle have super combustible chemistry; from flirty (and sometimes downright aggressive) banter to straight up hot, hot sex... these two characters keep me turning the pages. The book is part of a series but reads as a great stand alone as well. Take some time and get to know this steamy new twosome.

WOW LOVED IT!
This book really tied all the storylines together. I really enjoyed Vlad and Janelle's journey. So captivating and addictive. I highly recommend this entire series.

I was given an ARC for my honest review
I have been looking forward to this book ever since Vlad appeared in the stories. Oh my gosh Patricia did not disappoint when it came to Vlad and Janelle. This story had everything from the very first page of the story. There is a whole lot of lust and humor. I love how Vlad has a very charming sweet side when it comes to his grandsons mates (Only they can call him Grandpa) and the humor with the grandsons when they try calling him that.
Vlad's story had a lot of suspense. I began doubting who actually did it a time or two and really hate Vlad's brother Mircea. You definately won't be disappointed when you read this book. The chemistry with Vlad and Janelle is off the charts.
While it's sad to see this series come to a close, I'm looking forward to the next chapter with the Washington branch. :)

Janelle is Vlad's kryptonite
Honestly I had this semi long review....then I decided a picture is worth a 1000 words... Patricia Rasey has done a fabulous job with her Sons of Sangue series and it keeps getting better. I totally lose myself in this series. I love it, I love the characters and just love the stories. Do yourself a huge favor, if you haven't read this series please please get it. I guarantee it will end up one of your favorites....Who can resist Hot Vamp Bikers and their significant sassy others

Gifted an ARC in exchange for an honest review. The author has given us another note worthy book to review. Torn between his love and hatred for his own flesh and blood, Vlad must make the decision to hunt his own creation. But not decision is made finite until you mess with a person someone loves. Rasey mixes the excitement of getting to really know Vlad with the every changing structure of the Sons of Sangue. Love is a many splendid thing.

I usually read the Sons of Sangue books in one sitting. I couldn't do it this time. Vlad was too intense to read it all at once. I was experiencing immense weakness. I wanted to flip to the last couple of chapter wanting to know if my guesses were correct.
The shock and awe within the pages had my jaw dropping. WOW!! Holy Hot Hunky Biters!! Vlad proves he deserves the title, King of the Vampires. Although I must confess I do like Sir Bites a Lot even more.
If you have read past books in the series, and if you haven't you really need to because they are completely amazing, you will remember the tensions that have continued to grow between Mircea and the Sons. Mircea has no love for anyone alive. He has no value for human life and it shows.
Mircea's actions bring Vlad and Janelle together. Vlad is searching for Mircea. Janelle is searching for a murderer. Neither is searching love. Being forced together could change everything, but not necessarily for the good.

Since the first time we met Vlad we've all wanted to see what kind of female would be able to break down his walls & force him to choose to love again. Ladies & gentlemen...now we know & it was so worth the wait! Janelle is simply perfect for Grandpa! Her backbone & balls of steel allow her to stand her ground when Vlad's legendary temper flares. Her depth of passion & love softens her man's rough edges and provides her with the rare opportunity to embrace her feminine side. Simply put, Janelle and Vlad's story is a wonderful end to the Sons story arch. I can't wait to see what Washington chapter has in store for the future!

Once again Miss Patricia pulls you in. This whole series is so damn hott. Vlad is the best of the best. But I think that of all her books. Lol. This story is one of heartache and great love. But In the end can love take it all? I could but this book down you can read this before the others but I would Highly recommend you start with the first book in the series and then all the others that lead up to this book.
