They just keep getting deeper and more addictive!
- His Human Slave: Engaging and mesmerizing, this book will hook you! I loved this story! It was deep with levels of emotion and dramatic tension. The characters were completely realized, they felt like they were real people with real emotions. The story arc was tight with scenes flowing smoothly into the next ones. The BDSM aspect was tastefully depicted and actually heightened the emotionalism of the whole story. I loved the depth of the plot and the way that the backstory was revealed gradually but I never felt lost in the story. I am looking forward to reading the stories that I hope will follow for Leora and Lily. I would easily have paid twice as much to read this book, you can't skip this one. Definitely read it now!
- His Human Prisoner: A strong continuation but can stand alone as well! I love the Zandian storyline! This piece will not disappoint you either. Although it is like a Part 2, both parts can be read independently of each other. The story is exciting, and the characters are full of personality and back stories that are fascinating and riveting. I loved the interpersonal dialogue between them, the nuances that signify deep personal connections. I love Lily's strength even as a slave and her internal fortitude that fires her attempts to gain her freedom. My one complaint was the minimal connection or attempt at a connection she had at the end with her family, who were so bent on finding her and saving her. I hope that Leora gets a novella or something to follow, maybe I'll get that familial resolution in the next book. I couldn't put this down and I'm looking forward to discovering more of this storyline, but you absolutely must read this one too.
- Training His Human: It just keeps getting better! I am in love with this series, but this book in particular stands out for me as the best one yet. Leora and Seke are older, have haunting histories, but still find a viable love which includes some highly combustible love scenes. This series is built around a strong story base. Each installment brings you deeper into the exciting drama and impending war while at the same time engaging deep emotional sympathies as the characters connect or reconnect with their own shattered families or society. I can't start one of these books and put it down. I am compelled to read them right through because I fear that I'll miss the next big thing that's coming. I loved it, you should totally buy it and read it right now!
- His Human Rebel: Exciting, sexy, and hopeful, you will want to read this book, especially as a continuation of the series, but in reality, this story is excellent on its own! Camry will steal your heart and Lundrick will make you wish for your own Zandian warrior. The book is especially well written with a steady action flow, super-hot and sexy intimate scenes that are so detailed and wonderfully graphic that you will also want to re-read some scenes over and over again. So hot. The story itself is deep and complicated and you will get wrapped up in it right from the beginning. This book will stand as a strong piece of work even if you took out the super sexy scenes, but thankfully that is not an option. I am really digging this author’s work and this book here is an excellent example of the impressive storytelling talent that we are being exposed to. Buy this book!
