Drevath is a warrior to his core. His first priority is his warrior brothers and the safety of his kingdom. The last thing he expects is for a human bride to be delivered to their camp on the southern border while they’re under attack from the Thren. She’s nothing but a distraction as her safety falls to him.
Hannah enrolled as a mail-order bride to give her younger siblings a better life. When the mate who has claimed her ends up dead, she’s stuck in a warrior’s camp with a commander who sees her as a nuisance. It’s hard enough getting used to a new planet. Now she’s stuck in a camp full of warriors, the only woman for miles, with no mate to protect her.
She hates that she’s attracted to the fierce commander, especially because she knows he wants nothing to do with her. When a warrior old enough to be her father wants to claim her, she’s torn between what’s expected of her and what her heart wants.

This is a fast paced, well written, easy to read ADULT Alien Romance💕. It's an uncomplicated, easy to read novel with graphic fighting💀🔪 and ADULT scenes.
DREVATH is the Commander of the alien tribe that's hunting or warring with their enemies the Thren and one day saves one of his men who is traipsing the lands with a human bride in tow. Hannah is on her way to meet her mate when they were attacked, and she discovered that her mate was killed in action. So, Drevath took her in temporarily, often bristling with unspent attraction that he acts brusquely and harshly towards Hannah, giving her the wrong signal, thinking that he disliked her when it's the total opposite.
OVERALL the story is pretty straightforward, the plot wasn't even intense or bombastic. Alien meets human, he feels possessive of her and acts all caveman-ish and they eventually have sex. It wasn't totally insta-love but it was close.
The writing and editing of this novel was well done, with few typos that I caught in the ARC version of this manuscript. The world building of this novel was better than the previous novels in this series, with me the reader really getting a good feel for the Schaani home world compared to the previous novels in this series. The characterization of the heroine was pretty good, with her being a sympathetic character throughout. However, the hero was a verbally abusive, crazy jealous man child who liked to throw tantrums. Not what I am looking for in a romance novel hero. The development of the romantic relationship between the hero and heroine was hard to buy into, therefore. I could not figure out why the heroine loved the hero, since he was eminently unloveable. The plot and pacing were much better than the previous novels in this series, with the threat of invasion and plenty of action sequences providing excitement. The angst was really high on the hero's part, which was one of the things which made him such an unlikeable character, and the stakes were very high in this novel, which I tend to prefer in my romance novels. This novel uses the Mars Needs Women trope and the Mating Bond trope. The world building, plot, and pacing of this novel rates four stars, and the development of the romantic relationship between these characters rates two stars, with the characterization of the hero rating one star, for a combined score of three stars. This novel ends on a Happy Ever After ending instead of a cliffhanger, so that is a big plus to this story. I recommend this romance to readers of sci-fi romances who also enjoy medieval romances, since this alien culture feels very medieval to this reader. I will not be buying myself a keeper copy of this novel, even though I did enjoy many aspects of it.

Fantastic story! Wonderful world-building with strong, considerate characters! Looking forward to more stories along this line by Luna Kingsley.
This is the third in The Alien Bride Series series. You don't have to read the previous stories, Alien Husband and Alien Fiancé, to follow this story, but after reading this one, I want to read the previous stories!
Hannah became an Alien Bride when she felt uncomfortable around her step-father who was watching her too closely. She did everything she could to help support her mother and three half-brothers, but she couldn't stand being in her room because she didn't feel safe around her step-father. By being a Bride, her payment would set her mother and brothers up for life. They wouldn't have to struggle any longer. When she gets to her new world, she then has to travel by wagon for quite some time to meet her new mate. When she finally gets there, it is in the middle of being attacked. She tried to protect her friend who was shot protecting her and when it was over, it was to find out her mate-to-be was one of the dead. With the weather turning and a snowstorm prevented her from leaving, she tried to get along with everyone, but the Commander was so bossy and always wanted her to stay in her tent. She had had enough of being locked in a room. She wanted to help. She kept getting yelled at by the Commander because she wouldn't stay put. She met the potions maker in the neighboring village and became an apprentice. She was finally able to start to do something to become a productive part of her community. This is what she always wanted, with the exception of her massive attraction to the Commander who seems to dislike her.
Commander Drevath is in charge of holding the lines at the edge of their territory against the Thren that are trying to take over their lands that are rich in hunting and farming lands. When the Thren attack a wagon coming to our village, we jump in the battle. We lost three good men and apparently one of them was expecting a human Bride. When he sees how fierce she is in protecting her friend, he becomes attracted to her. She talks to him like nobody else would even dare. She doesn't follow any of his orders. She is constantly underfoot and needing to be brought back to her tent. He can't help that he is starting to feel the mating heat with her. That isn't supposed to happen until after the official ceremony happens. She deserves better than to be out on the frontlines of battle, sleeping in a tent, always on guard for attack.

Quick Summary Compatible females are rare for Drevath’s people and human brides are expensive luxuries few can afford. When one of his wealthy soldier’s sends for his human bride, it’s just bad timing when they fall under attack and Yomal dies in the ensuing battle.
Now this rough commander finds himself with a lone woman in a camp full of soldiers.
Hannah always tried to keep optimistic but staring down a severe frown from the big intimidating commander is harder than she thought. It doesn’t help that she finds herself drawn to the gruff alien but she’s a human smack down in the middle of a new culture and new traditions that might make it harder still to be claimed by the only man who has stirred her heart.
🖤 ~ My Thoughts ~ 🖤 Alien romances are always a nice surprise. There’s so many different directions the story can go and the author does an awesome job introducing this new race and their sometimes similar, sometimes completely different traditions and laws.
Hannah and Drevath have a bumpy ride to their HEA but it was an enjoyable read to get from that awkward start to the sweet romantic ending. It was engaging and definitely classed as a slow burn. The smexy times were great :) and both MCs were likable.
Heat Level: 4/5

Whether or not you like Alien Lover depends on what you're reading for. The over-arching series plot, with its Medieval vibe, its border-skirmishes, political intrigue, and general sense of adventure is one possible focus. Sexy angsty romance is the other, as another bride program volunteer meets and conquers her warrior mate. In this book, the first focus is the more rewarding, in that fast-paced events and strange encounters keep it interesting. In the personal love story department, this story's hero wrecks the romance with his unending inner monologue about not being able to have the wife he wants despite how smitten they are with one another. This dude's a masochistic twit who can't tell the difference between wooing his lady love and guard duty at the royal treasury. The heroine is clearly smart, adaptable, and action-oriented, until it comes to dealing with her dithering dearest. Love makes her entirely passive, as she refuses to call him on his BS. By the time HEA rolls around it's hard to care. I vote 3 stars for action/adventure and 1 star for romance, so call it 2 stars and move on. This is a voluntary ARC review.
Hannah of Earth agrees to be a "bride" to an alien in exchange for a payment to her family because she felt uncomfortable around her step-father who was watching her too closely. She and the other brides had to travel to her "grooms" location by wagon even though they have the technology for space travel. When she finally arrives she finds out her "groom" dead. She is left with Alien Commander Drevath because no one knows what to do with her now. He wants her to stay in her tent and does not seem to want her to get to know anyone else at camp. Eventually he cannot resist her and they begin an affair. When the dad of the dead owner arrives he sends her off with him despite knowing nothing about him or what will happen to her.
I enjoyed most of the story in spite of the problems I listed above. The story had good writing and editing and it ends with an HEA, which is a big plus. There is plenty of drama and good character development of he heroine to keep your interest.
Hannah was being transported to to be claimed by a alien warrior. But soon as she arrives close to the camp, they are attacked by a different alien clan whereas Hannah and her travel companion are covered by the kingdom warriors who arrive in time to fight off the threat. They return to vamp where Commander Draveth asks why the escort warrior would come ay a time with winter storm threatening and the attacks from the Thren. Hannah finds out that her claiming warrior had fallen in the battle. Storm blows in before they can send her back to the bridal camp. Draveth and Hannah clashes here and there then he claims her with his mating behavior. One thing leads to another but they do end up HEA.
I give this story 5 cups of steaming java, ☕☕☕☕☕, it was action nonstop and their attraction and love was intense.
Alien Commander Drevath has his mind on battle, glory, and honor until a human arrives at his camp. Although he knows she has been sold to someone else, he can’t stop the immediate attraction to her, but he does all he can to keep it hidden.
Hannah is terrified being at being dropped into the warriors’ camp. Drevath seems to dislike her by the way he is acting, as if she is a burden and in his way. So she tries to prove herself and notices his attitude changing to admiration and even lust! Their feelings for each other seem to be mutual, but is Hannah permitted to start something when she had been bought and paid for by another, even if he was killed? Is there anything they can do to change this, especially when Drevath seems determined to not let her go?
The third book of The Alien Bride series is a love story between Drevath, a Commander, and Hannah, a human that we have met on book one and now finally got her happily ever after. They are both strong characters fighting against their feelings assuming wrongly about the other. It was so thrilling to witness they come to terms with their desire for each other and accept that all that they needed was their love. The story is full of adventures and well built secondary characters that I can´t wait to read the next book on the series.

Wow this book by Luna Kingsley is out of this world it's amazing and so exciting. Hannah is a bride from the facility and she and her friend are attack while on there way to meet her new mate and are rescued by Drevath and his men. Drevath finds Hannah to be a distraction and wants her gone but then he really doesn't he spends time watching her and its so charming as they continue to dance around their attraction to each other and wow when they finally give in absolutely well worth the wait.

Loved the book it was great, the story was well written and the characters are interesting. Once I started I could not put the book down from start to finish you just could not get enough left you wanting more twists and turns hot and steamy like a rollercoaster ride of emotions that makes you want more with lust. Hannah enrolled into the Bridal facility. Drevath received her at their camp site, he was not happy, now he had to look after her. Thank you for allowing me to review your book.

Drevath and Hannah’s story is filled with such excitement and nail biting experiences. Between unannounced attacks on his tribe by the ever growing Thren, to the unexpected human brought for a soldier who was killed during a recent attack. With snow falling at an alarming rate, Bhatkus is not able to get Hannah to the kingdom for safety. Hannah is a defiant, mischievous, adventurous female while Drevath is a serious, straightforward commander who, upon Hannah’s arrival, becomes fascinated with her presence. They grow together, despite his attempts to block his growing love for her inside. Between her defiant actions and his need to protect her, their story will carry you through a heart wrenching love story!
So far.... this is my favorite from this series! They're all great but this one will definitely be one of my top reads for this year. Hannah is strong-willed and a force to bring Drevath to his knees, and I love it! Drevath, big, grumpy, Drevath, just...... *sigh*
With great characters and a great world built from this author's mind, I thoroughly enjoyed this one.... Definitely in my top five of 2020!
I was excited to read about Hannah and Draveth but the plot line was really disappointing...
I wish there was more fear about Yomals father coming to get her because his mental state has deteriorated after losing his last heir. Something like that 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
Draveth being the commander and not wanting to settle lost its momentum for me pretty fast.
As well as suddenly making Hannah adept at living in the cold.

An excellent sci-romance story. This is the third book in this series. The story was well written, Drevath and Hannah where made for each other, the chemistry was excellent between them. The plot will keep you flipping pages to see what happens next.

I enjoy the whole concept of human women helping to populate an alien world. I particularly like that each woman is very different and her adventure is specific to her, from the mate of a leader to a mate in a warrior camp. And, of course, sizzling sex and the no cheating and HEA is a must!!
Commander Drevath, his mate Hannah, a newborn son and Bhaktus a very special friend/brother. Hannah has been purchased for a soldier by his father. She arrives around the same time that he has died. The story of Drevath and Hannah is full of love, humor, anxiety and happiness.
Book three in the The Alien Bride Series a well written story that kept me turning pages. Drevath and Hannah where made for each other, you could feel the chemistry between them. I want to read the next book. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This is my third book by this author and def. not my last. I found the story to be well written though the female Hannah was somewhat annoying. Other than that it was pretty good. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This series keeps getting better! The characters are great, the plots are simple and sweet, and each book builds the world up more. I especially enjoyed Sunuh in this book; she was a great addition to the cast of characters.
Dialogue is childish and characters are lacking interest. Story line shows some improvement over previous story but not enough to make up for lack of too many details. Reads like a first draft.
The ‘wild berry’ chapter was a little over the top. Didn’t like the ‘should I - shouldn’t I’ factor, no matter what the topic (sex, staying, etc.), of both characters.
Hannah is a plucky bride and gets ambushed by a viscous animalistic tribe and that is only the beginning. Then she has to deal with a controlling commander.
