Cute idea but story didn't really hold up for me. The connection between the two MC's felt forced. I did finish the story as it was very short, 40 pages. Since they are quick reads, I'm going to give the series a shot and hope for the best on the next one.

A bit naughty with a whole bunch of heart!

I have really enjoyed reading this book, the author did such a great job developing the characters, that I feel like I really know them, and not just the major characters, but the minor ones too.
Also, it caused me to lose quite a bit of sleep while I was reading it, because it was so hard to put down at night.

What you need to know: this book contains no cheating, no cliff-hangers and a HEA.

Another first time reading with this one and although I enjoyed it I felt like there was something missing.

Abby goes by the name Jade when she works in the gentlemen’s club as a dancer, working there so she can put her way through school. her favourite night is always a Friday night when Luke requests a private dance. There is something that just draws her to him but she made a promise not to mix business with personal as much as she wants too she knows she can’t. There is no one more shocked when Luke turns up as a speaker. When he asks her out on a date she knows this could ruin everything but is he worth the risk?

Luke has wanted Jade (as he’s known her) since he laid eyes on her all those months ago, but she’s rebuffed him every time. But when he spots her in a lecture he’s giving he knows he needs to keep trying. Can he convince her to break the rules?

Quick and cute but I can’t say it’s a fantastic read. 3.5🌟

This was a hot and steamy read by Phoebe Sweet. Abby aka Jade works as an exotic dancer while going to college. Her dream is to build her own business empire catering to women with curves like herself. She is stunned when her favorite customer she calls the silver fox shows up in her business class as a guest lecturer. Luke is drawn not only to Abby's beauty but also to her obvious intelligence. He cannot resist the beautiful Abby and he definitely wants to claim her for his own.

Fast read, quite short story. I liked the basic idea, but the build up was better than the end part of the stroy

Ok read, but really short story. I hope the next books are longer, because the price is too high for this kind of fast reads.

Luke visits the local strip club every Friday to decompress from his hectic work schedule.
Abby/Skye is a curvy stripper/student with big dreams.
Luke is her favorite client, he is a silver fox and a big tipper and she needs the funds for books.
When Luke shows up as a guest speaker for her entrepreneurial class her world shifts. She is embarrassed and takes drastic measures, when they go out for coffee and he asks her questions about her dreams she tells him and he wants to be an investor but Abby puts on the breaks to everything she tells him she can't dance for him anymore which disappointed him but he understood slipping his card over he leaves dejected and sad. Abby even cancels all her Fridays at the club.
As time passes Abby's roommate and bestfriend convinced her to text him. They scheduled a date which through her into a person she did not know her studying was effected and then on the night of the date he cancelled due to business in South Africa. Abby began second guessing a relationship with him after all.
But this book brings far fetched tech, romance and education.

THICK is the second book in the Curvy Ambition series. Each will be a stand-alone short erotic story featuring a billionaire older man and curvy younger woman.

What I liked about the story: Abby has a lot of confidence and drive. She has a plan for her future, and she isn’t looking for a sugar-daddy for shortcuts to get there. Luke loves her curves and doesn’t try to change anything about her. He encourages Abby.

I know it’s a short-story, but more development of their relationship would have been preferable to the three epilogues that were added to the end. It’s nice to know that they married and had babies, nannies, and traveling in their future, but I would have rather had more of the slow build than the long happily-ever-after in my short story.

Narration: Rachel Music does a beautiful and believable job as the voice of Jade/Abby. Her voice is melodic, sweet, and clear.

Abby is a curvy stripper paying her way through business school. Every Friday night, handsome businessman Luke would request a private dance from her, lavishing her with hundreds of dollars each time. One day, her separate lives meet face to face and sets her life on an expected path.

This was a cute short story that was well written and flowed smoothly. I liked both Abby and Luke. She was adamant about doing things her way and on her terms. Luke offered to help her realize her dreams faster, but she was steadfast on doing it own her own. He truly valued that drive and determination to work hard and not accept handouts. That just drew him closer to her because he did the same. This would make a great longer book as well. Also, I had the audiobook. The narrator did a great job expressing the emotions and distinguishing Abby and Luke's voices. I could clearly tell who was talking at all times. Good read (or listen)!

Abby aka Skye is a dancer and a stripper she was always asked for by one man who she took back to a private room but she always had one policy and that was to never mix business and pleasure but Skye was only doing this temporarily because she wants to open a club just for customers who loved curvy women it’s her dream. The man Luke kept putting money in her garter belt at least the will pay for her books that she needs at school but Luke wished that she could break her rule but Skye wouldn’t she would like to because Luke was all kinds of sexy. While Abby was at school studying on how to be an entrepreneur they had a guest speaker it was none other than Luke Godfrey CEO of Smartrock, Abby slid down her chair but Luke saw her and Abby’s face went bright red she wasn’t ashamed of stripping she just wanted her two lives kept seperate. That’s all I’m going to give you guys I loved this story it’s a fantastic read and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

Abby is a gorgeous curvy young woman who works at a club that Luke visits every Friday night for a private dance. Abby is quite skilled at using her assets, but never to the point of mixing business with pleasure. She's going to be a business woman one day and she's got to stay focused. She enjoys Luke because he's a great tipper and good looking. Well, she goes to her business class and guess who happens to be the guest lecturer? Well, the fun continues from there!! Loved this couple! They were so perfect for one another!!

This is the first time I've read anything from this author, but I'm hoping it won't be the last. Highly recommend this short, steamy, and sweet story!! Hopefully, there's another book with Ash and Nick.

Luke finally knows her name and what she does outside the club now all he can do is hope she'll give him a chance. Will Abby keep working at the club now that her personal life and private have collided? Will Abby take a chance with Luke?

This is a steamy short that will draw you in from the first chapter and leave you wanting more with the last. The chemistry between them is sizzling hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Two Focused And Determined People Finding Their HEA

This was my first book by this author and I'll be honest I grabbed it because my favorite cover model is featured on the cover. But as luck would have it, it's also a great quick story!

I really loved Abby, she's a curvy girl doing what it takes to make her goals in life come true. She's got drive, dedication and a set of personal standards she refuses to compromise in order to make sure her dreams come true.

I also really liked Luke, sure he was the hot older, rich hunk who could've made all of Abby's dreams come true in a moment but he he respected her and her need to carve her own path. That to me made him dream book boyfriend material.

Abby had a life plan. She was a confident, independent, curvy, positive thinking woman. She danced for men who enjoyed curvy women so she could afford to go to school. She had one customer, Luke, who she danced for privately. He came every week to watch her dance for him. She intrigued him. Luke, was a very rich businessman and came to talk to Abby’s business class. Their worlds collide! After the class they went out for coffee. They talked business, entrepreneurship. It was the beginning of the end! Did they both want the same thing? Did they have the magic? I think you will enjoy the read.

Regardless of the genre you are looking for, this story probably has just what you are looking for. Whether its a billionaire that finds love, a sweet curvy girl that longs for love, or a younger woman looking into the eyes of a silver fox....this tale manages to captivate the reader in a short amount of time and pages. IF you have an hour or so to spend, this is the perfect way to consider yourself occupied. Abby and Luke have chemistry that goes beyond the realm of steamy. Great job Ms. Sweet.

First, BRAVO because I absolutely love Rachel Music's narration of "Thick" because it was fabulous. I own "Thick" and got to re-read it again with Rachel doing the narration. If you haven't read the book, go purchase it. Or, you can have Rachel read the entire story to you. With more than one Epilogue, Rachel's voice was perfect when describing Luke and Abby.

Treat yourself! You deserve it---buy this audiobook! You won't regret it.

Wow this book was amazingly written. Once I started I couldn’t put it down till I was finished. This book has twists and turns you don’t know what’s happening. will they all get there happily ever after or will it all go wrong. To find out what happens go buy the book. Cute and steamy
It’s a short erotic romance and at the same time quite tender.
When Abby comes across the client who has been watching her do a private dance for weeks, in the context of her studies, while he intervenes in her class, the attraction and the distance she had become difficult to hold for both of them and they indulge their passion.

Good, quick read. Certain parts seemed all over the place, and I think it moved so fast I wasn’t prepared. I would have liked the scenes in the club to be drug out a bit more. I think they had such potential for anticipation and would have made the love scene more impactful. Didn’t really understand the jump from front to back door for her first time either.

Loved the book it was great, the story was well written and the characters are interesting. Abby is studying business and when she is not studying, she is a stripper at nights stage name Jade. Luke is a Billionaire he goes to the men's club and he has noticed Jade he asks for her for a lap dance and he wants more then he went to a school to do a lecture and that was when he noticed Jade.

This is the first book I've read by this author and I really enjoyed it. It's a super fast read. Curvy girl stripper meets older man for private dances. When her everyday life crosses paths with her club client Abby tries to stay all business, but Luke wants to claim his girl. Great fast paced story.
