Warning… this super fun mythology book is massive. I’m pretty sure it outweighs my cat. It certainly out-sizes him.

Covering mythology from around the world, paired with art, illustrations, & varied charts/guides, this was an incredibly fun book, and also possibly a deadly weapon if dropped on someone.

Shout out to the Hubster, supplier of many books and even more adventures.

And It has a lot of colorfull illustrations and work of arts, to show the diferent cultures and stories.

This has a lot of good myth stories if you’re a fan of history and like reading about other cultures. I did enjoy the range of myths although there is clearly some Greek and Roman favoritism going on here because about half of the book is taken up by it and the other myths relegated to the other half. I enjoyed the provided pictures and found them beautiful. I don’t know if this was just my copy or not, but just the process of opening it and reading it caused the outer spine to peal and the inner spine is now loose.

Esta obra é de uma beleza e riqueza impressionantes, fornecendo uma visão detalhada sobre as mitologias ao redor do globo, colmatada pelos comentários dos diversos especialistas que escreveram a obra.

Contudo, a versão em português contém imensos erros textuais crassos, o que é entristecedor, considerando as maravilhosas ilustrações.

3.5 libro guapo la verdá. Mucha info y mucho conocimiento del que no tenía ni puta idea, baina me habría molado que hubiera cositas de mitologías menos conocidas pero bueno, ya me leeré más libros al respecto.
