A few good coping skills in here, but mainly just blaming anger issues on video games, dismissing and repressing of emotions (which causes psychogenic illnesses), and "telling a joke" to a friend who's angry, suggesting that you "laugh it off", which would make me feel completely shafted. I would not recommend this book to anyone with anger issues because it will just make you even madder.
