Destiny knows that with love, there are no guarantees, and you take your chances. What is a girl to do when you’re torn between two sexy men?
I've read multiple books by this Author and she is great. This wasn't a bad story. I just couldn't really get into it although I did finish it until the end. It felt like something was missing. However Tobias actions is what pushed Destiny away. No he didn't cheat but he wasn't feeding her emotional need's and putting in the time that he should have with her. Tobias also allowed his baby momma too much room to continue to be disrespectful. Toy was a mess. No matter how many times and how many different ways Tobias told her he didn't want her. She still didn't get the picture. Pierre was able to slide in and give Destiny the attention she was looking for but Pierre was hiding a few secrets as well.
I loved this story. There were plenty of lessons you could learn from this book. Tobias was wrong on so many levels with his actions. He should have seen what he was doing wrong but instead he made excuses for his actions. Toy worked my nerves and she deserved to get beat down. She started stuff every chance she got. Pierre was a good dude but he had his moments too. He should have kept it real on some things. Destiny also had her moments. She should have allowed her self time before she tried to move on. Anyone could see that she wasn’t completely ready to move on! Overall this was definitely a good read.
This book was good from beginning to end. Enjoyed the storyline and these characters. In comes Pierre, who steps up to the plate, but has secrets of his own. Will Tobias reclaimed his woman or is it too late. Check out this standalone to find out what happens with these characters, you won't be disappointed. Good job Shmel Carter.

I had so many emotions throughout this entire story. Tobias had me so upset 😡 with him and that do called Baby Mama was delusional. I was cheering for Destiny to get the attention and love she deserved, but when Pierre came with that same slick mess, I was done. How can you get with someone else and still in love another? Dang I was hoping that baby was Tobias.
Great book the ending I’m kinda disappointed in. The heart wants what the heart wants!! Phoebe should of got her butt whipped for doing that petty mess!! God was on Tobias side to get Destiny back. His other baby mama was a piece of work
When you love someone it's really the best thing In life no replacement can change that Tobias learned to show and respect his true love the hard way ......well-written fast-paced and very entertaining....
This was a great read with an amazing storyline! So glad Destiny realized where her love lies before she committed to Pierre, otherwise that would've been another issue. Great job Shmel!!
I enjoyed reading this book. Toy was one crazy chick. She wanted someone who could care less about her. Destiny held the key to his heart. Even Pierre couldn’t compete with that attraction.
This was a really good book. I felt like this was part of a series I hadn't read but still enjoyed it. I was captivated from beginning to the end. I would recommend this book.
