Neverworld: Book 18 of the Demon Witch World

Rate this book
The curse of the mothers strikes Luca and, without Eliot to hold her safe, she dies during Kit's birth but death isn't everything it's cracked up to be. Imprisoned within the coven walls, Luca fights to be free. 'Looking around me apart from the chaos happening underneath, everything was black, cold and unfeeling. All except for the fragile, pale-silver cord which snaked around me and led back to where I’d left my body. There in my physical form, my heart beat to a slow rhythm which barely sustained my body and kept me imprisoned in this silent limbo. I felt the beat of my heart even here in this dead place and knew it had to stop so I could travel on to wherever I was to spend eternity.' Luca must discover the creator of her confinement before she can topple off her mortal coil but her life (or death) is never going to be that easy. Grey is in love with Sasha, Dak has became Pack Leader, Eliot is captive and insane, and the world as Luca knows it is going downhill rapidly. Without Luca, the people around her start to lose hope. Didier, Ash and Leon are still missing and a mystery enemy begins to show his hand. An unexpected ally has Luca's back and may prove to be the power she needs to return. Can Luca finally master her destructive Coven blood and take her true place in the world?

Fantasy reading at its best

Really excited to start reading this next saga in the Demon Witch series, also to find out what happened! Too soon the book ended and with a lot of unanswered questions, maybe I'm being greedy? But counting the days till the next new book. Can't wait ✋
